Pixhost Is Blocked
Updated 1, July 2026
As you will probably be aware Pixhost has been blocked in the UK
Over the last few months, international image hosts have faced immense regulatory pressure in the UK. Many platforms (like Imgur and various adult platforms) have chosen to completely cut off UK traffic overnight rather than implementing costly age-verification systems or risking massive fines from UK regulators. Pixhost has followed suit by implementing a hard geo-block on UK IP addresses.
We wont be accepting any photo's from Pixhost or imgur in the forum.

Social Media Ban for under 16's
15, June 2026
The Government has announced a ban on social media platforms for children under 16 in the UK, utilizing facial scans and digital IDs to enforce the restriction by spring 2027. The policy aims to protect children from harmful content following a consultation where 91% of parents supported the measure, although it faces criticism regarding implementation and potential risks. Existing platforms that are used by Adults will need to prove their age it's not just minors 16 and over.
An Ofcom spokesperson said: “So far, Ofcom has driven some of the strongest changes of any online safety regulation in the world, from widespread age checks to grooming protections for children. But the industry needs to go much further to make people safe. The Government has entrusted us to build on this progress with new measures to protect children, and we're ready to work closely with them as the detailed regulations take shape.”
Ofcom has also today responded to correspondence from the Secretary of State which sets out priorities for action regarding implementation of the new measures.
current users that are under 16 will lose their social media accounts.
What this means for followers on social media following coco quinn they will lose their social media if their under 16, coco's followers list will decrease due to coco's diverse fanbase on social media.
we will be changing the age requirements for certain services on this website to 16+ this will come into affect later. We will keep you informed when this happens.
8, June 2026
7, June 2026, Coco became an adult and due to the coming of age this website will change with it, there is going to be subjects that will be aimed at more mature visitors like Coco will be 18 and over, we're not talking about anything explicit there will be things that will be more mature themed as Coco herself is 18 now we will advise 16+ which in some countries use and may not be suitable for minors to view however this website is changing its direction a bit we have to introduce this due to Coco being 18 and has a fanbase the same age and a bit older also.

Coco Quinn's Website
Updated 4, September 2026
Earlier today we received a message from a visitor of our website they had joined coco quinns website they were rather confused they said as to why her website had two payment methods on her website that go against her websites rules the subscription is 18 and over there are three payment methods
1. Credit Card (18+)*
2. ApplePay (13+ with parental authorisation)
3. Gpay (13+ with parental authorisation)
Coco Quinns website statement
*"The important thing is that the site is 18+ and only adults are allowed to subscribe." statement from coco quinns website chat
this is regardless of ApplePay and Gpay being present on the website, ApplePay and Gpay are 13+ with parental authorisation the statement from coco quinns website chat 'The important thing is that the site is 18+ and only adults are allowed to subscribe.'
The Reality: when there are two 13+ payment methods on the website which do not disclose peoples age or date of birth is nonsensical as ApplePay and Gpay can create the loophole that to the vendor this person is authorised to be a subscriber yes that's fine but that violates the websites terms of service and privacy policy.
The website may have added Apple Pay and Google Pay specifically to lower the barrier for younger users to subscribe and pay, directly contradicting its 18+ only requirement. Here is why platforms implement this exact setup
Traditional credit card fields act as a major hurdle for underage users because minors don't own credit cards and must type in a parent’s billing address and card number. By contrast, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay allow minors aged 13–17 to pay instantly via biometrics (FaceID/TouchID) or an authorized family group card without manually re-verifying their age at checkout. The platform added these options precisely because it maximizes conversion rates and captures revenue from a younger audience.
They say it is 18+ to protect themselves legally, but they added minor-accessible payment methods to profit from a younger demographic. It is a design built to maximize revenue while claiming total innocence.
The 18+ rule is just a placeholder to satisfy standard high-risk merchant banks. Because standard merchant banks levy heavy penalties if minors are caught purchasing on certain paywalled structures, the website owners implemented Apple Pay and Google Pay as a softer payment routing system. This allows them to tell financial institutions they are technically 18+ only while maintaining a checkout window that easily accepts minor-accessible digital tokens.
Subscribe at your own risk (ApplePay & Gpay)
Advice: If a person is under the age of 18, the most direct and responsible advice is not to subscribe to the platform.
The absolute best approach to this situation involves understanding the operational realities and immediate risks:
1. The Legal Reality: Do Not Agree to the Terms
Regardless of whether Apple Pay or Google Pay permits a 13-year-old to complete a transaction, the platform's public Terms of Service state that the user must be 18 or older to join. Clicking Agree while under 18 means intentionally violating the website's legal contract.
2. The Financial Risk: Money Cannot Be Easily Recovered!
Points to be aware Of!
If the platform catches an underage account or if a payment processor flags the transaction later—the account will be immediately banned. Because the user violated the 18+ policy to sign up, the website's management will likely withhold any active balance, subscription money, or tips already spent.
3. The Digital Footprint: Verification Hurdles even if a digital wallet allows the initial checkout screen to load, white-label subscription sites frequently deploy secondary safety checks. If the system prompts the account to upload a government-issued ID (like a passport or driving licence) to verify adulthood at a later date, the account will fail verification and be locked out instantly.
4. Direct Safe Alternatives: Fans under 18 who want to support Coco Quinn can securely access her content on major social platforms that are explicitly built and optimized for younger audiences beware of her promotions across her social media come say hi then a link to her website what she says come say hi first impressions isn't telling you its a subscription 18+ paywall with ApplePay and Gpay which will encourage existing ApplePay or Gpay users to use to subscribe to her website.
When you say it out loud, the contradiction is almost unbelievable.
"You absolutely must be 18 to be here... unless you have Apple Pay or Gpay, then 13+ is fine!"**
"We don't allow children... but we intentionally added mobile wallets that only children and teens rely on because they don't have real credit cards!"
Really! one one hand what you have is a website that strictly locks down under 18s from subscribing they make it clear in the terms of service, and on the other hand you have ApplePay and Gpay which are not tied to 18 and over as obviously these have parental authorisation tied to them and can be family accounts
Is the website an adult website?
NO!
The content is behind the scenes of coco's day to day life and vlogs and music this isn't 18 and over
this is 18 for legal binding contract just like Netflix and cell phone contract minors have contact cell phones and Netflix on their TVs in their bedrooms subscription entails signing a legal binding contract hence ApplePay and Gpay on her website thee are websites like coco's that have credit card and ApplePay and Gpay are they all 18 and over think again?
The primary reason a subscription is strictly restricted to 18 and over comes down to legal contract law, financial liability, and digital privacy regulations
A subscription is not a one-time purchase; it is a recurring legal contract where a user agrees to be billed automatically every month.
Under standard contract law in most countries (including the UK and US), individuals under the age of 18 are minors and lack the legal capacity to enter into a binding financial contract.
If a 14-year-old signs a contract, that contract is usually considered "voidable." This means the minor (or their parent) can legally demand all of their money back at any time, and the company would be forced to refund them. By enforcing an 18+ rule, the company protects itself from these forced mass refunds.
When a parent buys a Netflix subscription or signs a mobile phone contract, they are the ones entering the 18+ legal contract. But once that account is active or that SIM card is put into a smartphone, the contract holder hands it over to a minor, who uses it completely unmonitored in their bedroom. Netflix is in the parents name on the contract however you can add accounts in Netflix.
The Reality (Minor Use Allowed): Netflix explicitly allows minors to use it under a parent's account. They have a full infrastructure built to welcome children, filter content for them, and give them their own space you don't think everything on Netflix is 18+ rated do you.
For sites like subscription websites: They are taking advantage of this exact same habit. They know parents give their kids access to Apple Pay , Gpay or Debit cards. By hiding behind the "18+ contract rule," the platform can legally say, "An adult authorized this payment layout," while knowing full well that a teenager is the one actually sitting in the websites chat room etc talking to an AI chatbox model.
Even on platforms that host completely clean, non-adult content (like lifestyle vlogs or gaming), companies use the "18+" rule as a legal shield to protect their revenue and avoid government lawsuits
** please note ApplePay and Gpay require parental authorisation

Spotify Song Misconception
March, 22 2026
Fake songs on Spotify credited to coco quinn
The song "Young Fire" on Spotify credited to Coco Quinn is an instance of audio hijacking or metadata misattribution, where an unrelated distributor or scammer uploads audio under a famous artist's name to siphon streams or trick algorithms.
What Is Happening
Fake Credits: Streaming platforms like Spotify frequently suffer from automated distribution loopholes where unknown creators or uploaders tag major profiles (or similarly named automated topic pages) to gain visibility.
The Real Voice: The track does not feature Coco Quinn, as it belongs to an entirely different independent artist or AI-generated upload lumped onto her auto-generated distributor profile.
How to Handle It
Report the Track: You can flag incorrect credits or pirated uploads directly via Spotify Support or the release's report mechanisms so they can remove or unlink the fake track from her discography.
The track "Closer Than Ever" on Spotify is another clear example of audio hijacking and streaming fraud targeting Coco Quinn.
The track "Echoes Of Love" is also fake coco hasn't recorded it its AI this is fake do not assume that its coco quinn
Why You Hear a Guy Singing
The Real Rights Holder: The song's metadata reveals it was legally copyrighted and published by an entity named Apolonia Hobbst.
Visit coco quinns official Spotify or Apple music.
How to Ignore the Fake Tracks on Spotify
If you want to stop these random songs from playing while listening to her music, you can hide them:
Open the Spotify App and go to the fake track. Tap the three dots (...) next to the song title. Select "Hide this song" (a circle with a line through it).
This ensures the app bypasses the hijacked tracks and only plays her actual pop music, like "Secrets" or "Better Type".
The profile on the left is fake!, The Profile on the right is genuine

Coco Quinn's Website Terms Of Service Changes
Updated 1, March 2026
You generally need to be at least 13 years old to use Apple Pay and typically 13 to 16 years old for Google Pay, depending on the region and specific bank terms. In many regions, 13 is the minimum age for both services to add a card to a digital wallet. Parental Permission required! however you cant use this to subscribe to coco quinns website as it is strictly 18 and over
Update:
Google recently rolled out a major update allowing Google Wallet for kids.
Under these updated rules, children under 16 can use Google Pay/Wallet if they are part of a Google Family Link supervised account
You can't use Gpay or Apple pay to purchase Alcohol or tobacco if you are under 18 / 21 for alcohol or under 18 in most regions for tobacco or gambling or on Coco Quinn's website regardless of ApplePay and Gpay being on her website these platforms allow 13+ users to use them with parental authorisation this contradicts her websites legal terms of service and privacy policy.
Okay there have been some changes to coco quinns websites terms of service as it states now in the terms of service.
To Subscribe to coco quinns website, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of 'your personal data in your country. (13-16 in Europe, 13 in the US)', Subscription requires you to be at least 18 years old to purchase a product relating to the creator on the Site. However Gpay and Apple Pay users can be 13 and over which creates a gateway as the Gpay or Apple Pay's platform doesn't disclose the users age to the merchant. These are parental authorisation only and can be family accounts.
Subscribing to coco quinns website you need to be 18 and over.
If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site'.** You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account. Please contact them immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
Please Note:
Subscription is Still 18+: (Legal Regulations payment processing - Credit Card)* Do not use ApplePay or Gpay if you are under 18 these payment methods create a loophole.
** 18 and over for subscription and content.
However you may be asked to provide proof of your age when you use these payment methods on coco quinns website! as its 18 and over to subscribe. Regardless of the payment options they just added these payment options without mentioning
Okay you can now use Gpay or ApplePay however it is still 18 and over to subscribe if they accepted payments via the options mentioned without further information such as age confirmation then they would be breaking their own terms of service.
The Technical & Legal Reality
The Privacy Wall: Mobile wallets are built to keep user data private. Apple and Google do not share the user's account age with merchants during a standard web transaction.
Contractual Loophole: By placing an "I am 18 or older" checkbox on the signup page, the website legally shifts the blame. If a 14-year-old checks that box and pays via Apple Pay, the user has technically breached the contract, not the website.
The Payment Gateway Gap: Standard payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal) handle Apple Pay and Google Pay simply as credit card alternatives. They do not force an identity check unless the merchant specifically programs the website to do so.
How Adult Sites Are Forced to Fix This
Because tokenised payments make it incredibly easy for minors to bypass basic checks, pressure from payment networks and regulators has forced adult platforms to change:
Mandatory ID Scanning: To prevent underage access via mobile wallets, compliant 18+ platforms no longer rely on the payment method for age checks. Instead, they force users to upload a photo ID (like a driving licence) using AI verification software before the payment screen even appears.
Mastercard & Visa Rules: Major card networks require explicit, robust age verification for adult content creators and platforms. If a site accepts Apple Pay (which routes through Visa/Mastercard) without verifying the user's age via an independent ID check, they risk having their merchant account shut down completely.
If you are under 18, you cannot legally click "buy" or "subscribe"
* legal regulations 18 and over is for subscription purposes
** Fans who are under 18 can't directly subscribe to coco quinns website!!
*** Technically, a 13+ year-old can subscribe to a subscription website using Apple Pay or Google Pay, but there are a few "behind the scenes" reasons why this works even though the site says 18+.
****While the subscription website might slap an 18+ label on the door, the plumbing behind the scenes—specifically Apple Pay and Google Pay—creates a path of least resistance.
Here is why a 13-year-old often bypasses those restrictions technically
1. The Trust Delegation
When a site integrates Apple Pay or Google Pay, they aren't usually checking your ID themselves. Instead, they delegate trust to the payment provider.
The website asks: Is this a valid payment method
The provider (Apple/Google) says: Yes, it’s authorized.
The website assumes that because a credit/debit card is attached, the user has already met the age requirements of the bank.
[You must be old enough to consent to the processing of 'your personal data in your country. (13-16 in Europe, 13 in the US]
2. The "Family Link" and Authorized Users
Many 13+ year-olds use Family Sharing (Apple) or Family Link (Google).
If a parent adds their teenager as an authorized user on a card or gives them a debit card designed for teens that card is "valid."
****Since the card is technically in the teen's name or authorized by the head of the household, Apple/Google Pay will process the transaction without flagging the user's birth year to the third-party merchant.
****Apple Pay and Google Pay do not reveal your age, date of birth, or personal identity to merchants during a standard transaction. They use tokenization+ to replace sensitive card information with a unique token or device-specific number meaning the merchant only receives a payment confirmation rather than your personal details++.
Once a parent approves a "Teen Bank" card (like Step or Greenlight) and it’s synced to Apple Pay or Google Pay, the recurring "hovering parent" is essentially replaced by a biometric thumbprint. This makes it incredibly easy for users as young as 13 to commit to subscriptions or one-tap purchases without needing a conversation for every transaction.
+Tokenization: Instead of your actual card number, a unique Virtual Account Number (Google) or Device Account Number (Apple) is sent to the merchant. However some websites might ask for more information such as age verification regardless of using Gpay or Apple pay as you cannot use Apple Pay or Google Pay as a standalone method to verify age for purchasing restricted goods like fireworks, alcohol, tobacco, or weapons.
Why They Aren't Used for Age Verification
While these digital wallets verify your identity to your device, they do not communicate your specific age or date of birth to the merchant.
Ethics and Public Policy Centre (EPPC)
Apple Pay Policy: Apple explicitly prohibits the use of its service on websites offering transactions for tobacco, vaping products, firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
Google Pay Policy: Google similarly bars its payment service from transactions involving "dangerous products" like guns, explosives, or illegal drugs.
Why They Aren't Used for Age Verification
While these digital wallets verify your identity to your device, they do not communicate your specific age or date of birth to the merchant.
Legal and Retailer Requirements: For high-risk items, merchants must follow strict laws. Using only a digital wallet fails these requirements because
* Payment Type: Digital wallets can be linked to [debit or prepaid cards]
++No Age Data in Wallet: Setting up these services requires verifying your card with your bank, not submitting a proof of age to the digital wallet app
++Selective Verification: While your date of birth is collected during account setup to verify you meet the platform's minimum age (e.g., 13+ or 16+), this information is used internally by Apple or Google and is not part of the standard payment payload sent to stores.
However a parent or guardian can also subscribe to her website. Using their credit card if you do not have either Gpay Or Apple Pay They become the subscriber, the fan is the end user.
Warning: Parents are forbidden to subscribe their minors to the following websites!
(1) Pornography
(2) Websites of a violent nature that can harm children
(3) websites containing drug use
Other countries are apparently looking into an under 16 ban on social media Australia implemented their under 16's ban on
10, December 2025
Age Gate: 18
From a practical, real-world perspective, if a platform says "only 18 and over can enter this gate," then whatever sits behind that gate is 18+ content by default. A 13-year-old for example legally should not be looking at it. As the website is 18 and over so only 18 and over can look at the content.
The websites landing page doesn't state its 18 and over to subscribe only if you can be bothered to read the terms of service on the website and it states in the privacy policy that the website isn't clearly intended for anyone under 18. This should be highlighted on the landing page aswell not just in the term of service.
Despite the youthful branding, the legal pages [terms of service and privacy policy] state that you must be at least 18 years old to subscribe or purchase anything on the site. This should be mentioned on the landing page aswell not just in terms of service.
Data Collection Restrictions: The privacy policy states the site is "not intended for children under 18" and notes that they do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
By keeping the landing page accessible, brightly colored, and filled with mainstream emojis, the site captures search traffic, links from mainstream social media profiles (like Instagram and TikTok), and attention from younger fanbases.
However, because a user must pay or clear an age check to see anything, the actual nature of the locked content is shielded from public scrutiny.
Here is the problem / contradiction: The landing page remains open to the public, designed with child-friendly elements (pink themes, bubble-gum fonts, and innocent copy about "music and fashion").
This allows the site to capture traffic from her massive, highly underage social media following. So its about traffic to her website it states in the terms of service if your under 18 you shouldn't be on the website. Boosting traffic to her website that's not the point the point is a lot of traffic is created by people visiting that are under 18 when it says if your under 18 then you shouldn't be on the website.
Critics note that tech-savvy teenagers are widely using VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and fake birthdays to bypass age gates. Some users reported that the ban had not "really changed anything" for them.
Tech giants like Snapchat and Google (YouTube) have warned that the ban could drive children into "darker," unregulated corners of the internet where parental controls no longer apply since the ban 4.7m accounts were deleted.

Imgur is no longer available in the UK. From September 30, 2025, Imgur blocked all access to users with a UK IP address as a "commercial decision" to avoid complying with new UK online safety regulations.
'The UK's new Online Safety Regulations, primarily driven by the Online Safety Act 2023, place legal duties on tech companies (social media, search engines) to protect users, especially children, from illegal and harmful content, with key duties for child safety and illegal content enforcement starting in 2025. The Act requires age verification for pornography, removal of illegal material (like Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM), algorithmic changes to shield kids, and greater transparency, enforced by Ofcom, making platforms legally accountable for safety by design, while also protecting free speech.'
Imgur is against the UK Online Safety Regulations. This website Coco Quinn Online is not.
This website fully supports the online safety regulations.
And this website prohibits use of imgur. Anyone found adding material by embedding from this company will not be allowed to use the services in this website.

Hi my name is Paul, I started building this website last year with the help of my family, I myself do not have website design skills however my cousin's do and with their help I decided I was going to build a website for someone who is a singer, dancer, influencer, not to mention a beautiful girl. Coco has worked very hard she has two sisters and a Brother who inspired her into dancing along with her sisters. Just before this website launched Coco launched her website where you can interact with her on chat etc.
