Coco Quinn Teen Access Interview

Coco Quinn was interviewed on Teen Access, and she was asked about her fanbase she had this to say

" I love my fans, they've been with me, right from the start, their my day ones, they keep me going, i wouldn't be where i am today"..............

Yes, this is how much she loves her fans.

I don't have a problem with Coco Quinn myself, i think she has a talent as a dancer and a musician.

What the issue is was the launch of her website, and the promotion right from the start, undisclosed subscription requirements, which can only be found in the websites terms of service, which is no good as not everyone reads the terms of service on a website they just want to subscribe and get on with it.

April 2025 Website Launched she announced it on her social media but forgot to mention this...........................................................................

Inappropriate Content unsuitable for minors!

Parental Guidance!

This website 'Coco Quinn Online' doesn't link to

(A) Coco Quinn's website due to the nature of it, locked content, which is unknown as to what it is, and could be inappropriate for minors. This is being regarded as suspicious.*

(B) Coco Quinn's TikTok Accounts, as the content on them isn't appropriate for younger fans, not all her fans are 18 or older, contains video's that are inappropriate for minors to view and as there aren't any parental guidance's on these profiles lack of 'Audience Controls' used, this website isn't allowing people to access coco quinns TikTok's via this website.*

There is a video with Nolen Dubuc which contains a song known as 'Stfuafm' by Dylan Kevitch however its abbreviated it contains explicit lyrics Coco Quinn and Nolen Dubuc are seen lip synching to this song and is rather 'suggestive' this has been deemed too explicit for minors to view and we have blocked access to her social media this is on her 'official TikTok', what message is this giving off. Especially Nolen Dubuc's arm gesture. She also has spam TikTok's so i don't really want to know what's on those accounts.

The decision was taken to block access to the above from this website, due to online safety for minors.**

*If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

Parent Attention:

TikTok Restricted Mode:

In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.

Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.

Tap Content preferences.

Tap Restricted Mode.

Follow the steps in the app to set or enter a passcode, then turn Restricted Mode on or off.

Coco Quinn's Inappropriate Content:

**It is generally considered inappropriate for a content creator with a significant 'preteen' and 'teen' fanbase to post videos with explicit lyrics without using the platform's safety features and audience controls. TikTok provides specific tools for creators to manage such content, and the Community Guidelines emphasize creating an age-appropriate experience for all users, particularly minors.

TikTok Policies and Content:

Age-Restriction Tools:

TikTok offers creators "Audience Controls" to tag content as suitable only for those 18 and older. If a creator does not use this feature, the content may be automatically age-restricted by moderators or become ineligible for the "For You" (FYF) feed for younger users if identified as having mature themes, including 'profanity' or 'explicit language'.

Community Guidelines:

The guidelines prohibit content that is severely harmful to young people, and content with mature or complex themes is intended for older audiences. While the guidelines don't explicitly require a "parental advisory" sticker on a profile, creators are expected to be 'mindful' of their 'audience' and use the 'provided tools' to ensure 'age-appropriate' viewing experiences.

User Action and Reporting:

The action taken by the website you referenced, which condemned the content and blocked access for minors, aligns with the recommended approach for parents and guardians to manage content exposure.

If you or other users believe specific videos violate TikTok's community guidelines, the recommended course of action is to report the content directly through the app.

How to Report Content on TikTok:

Go to the video in question.

Tap the Share button (or press and hold the post).

Tap Report and select a reason (e.g., "Inappropriate content" > "Mature/complex themes" or "Sexually suggestive content" if applicable).

Follow the steps to submit the report.

TikTok's moderation team will review reported content and take action if a violation is found, which may include removing the content or restricting it to users 18 and older.

Parents can also use the Family Pairing features and Restricted Mode to limit exposure to mature themes on their teens' accounts.

Website Promotion And Counter productiveness

Driving traffic to a website is a standard marketing goal, but when that traffic is acquired through misleading promises and the website is structurally incapable of accommodating those visitors, the campaign is unethical and counterproductive.

Someone recently advised us they saw Coco Quinn's invitation on her Instagram stating 'come say hi' they clicked the link and ended up on Coco Quinn's website this UK resident hit a technical wall showed them a significant failure in their system, one that intentionally wasted their time while benefiting them. It is indeed poor practice and entirely based on leveraging the creator's image for "clout", rather than providing a legitimate service.

The promotion of the website by Coco Quinn herself is the main issue here. The invitation to "come chat with me" on her Instagram stories is misleading because it implies a free and open line of communication, not a paywalled service no one can even sign up for properly from the UK. As the terms of service on the website states its for 'United States Residents Only'

This advertising tactic creates a false impression of direct, personal access, which is manipulative. In the UK and US, advertising laws require marketing communications to be truthful and not misleading. The promotion seems to violate these principles because:

It makes an explicit offer to "chat", which you are unable to do.

It omits key restrictions (like geographic limitations or the paywall to message back).

This experience is a clear example of how some creator platforms use deceptive marketing to drive traffic and sign-ups.

Final Summary of the Situation

They did nothing wrong. The sign-up form is flawed.

The DMs are automated AI chat bot, and designed only to get you to subscribe which if you are outside the United States then that's not possible.

The site is poorly managed for non-US users.

The most empowered action anyone who has joined from outside the United States can take now is to definitively cancel your "free" subscription using their online account settings or by contacting their support directly. This ensures they can no longer use your data.

Having a website that invites international users ("come chat with me") but then uses a broken, US-only sign-up form* with mandatory "State" and "Zip code" fields for UK residents is very unprofessional and, frankly, a misleading way to waste people's time.*

*The sign up form has a zip code or post code field, also another field a country field you can choose from a long list of countries all outside the USA as the website is United States only, I find this paradoxical that country list field shouldn't be there on the sign up, as the websites terms of service states United states Residents only, this along with the misleading promotion by coco quinn is going to confuse people.

My advice is clear if you are not a United States Resident, then I strongly suggest you don't sign up, and if you choose a state on the state field and you have already added UK related details such as post code in the zip or post code field and example chosen United Kingdom as the country your from this will lead to issues.

Who's at fault? Coco Quinn?
The answer is NO!
the answer lies with Coy Creator, this company is located in New York, and the websites they have built appear to have almost the same terms of service and privacy policy, which appear to have been slightly tweaked the terms of service on Coco Quinn's website haven't been correctly tailored to Coco as she is still legally a minor until June 2026, when she will turn 18.

the paragraph below features on all Coy Creators Websites even their own website on the terms of service. As Stated in the terms of service.

This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

This paragraph is on all Coy Creators websites which what does this mean for Coco Quinn and her websites legal documents well she is a minor and all the other websites that coy creator have built are for adults this could mean the legal documents on coco quinns website could be void as the legal documents like terms of service privacy policy aren't tailored for Coco Quinn as she is a minor, this could be challenged in a court.

the paragraph below features on all coy creators websites privacy policy.

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age.[coco quinn is 17] this means that her own website could mean that its not intended for her neither.

The legal disclaimers used by the website developer, Coy Creators, present a potential conflict when applied to a website specifically representing Coco Quinn, who is currently a minor (age 17)

Based on the legal documents that exist:

User Age Requirement:

The existing Terms of Service state that the site is offered and available to users "who are 18 years of age or older" and requires users to represent they are of "legal age to form a binding contract with the Company."

Privacy Policy Statement:

The Privacy Policy explicitly states, "Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age."
Potential Implications
This suggests a potential mismatch between the standard legal templates used by Coy Creators and the specific subject of Coco Quinn's website: As Coco Quinn herself is under the intended age.

Contractual Validity:

The standard Terms of Service text may not create a legally binding contract with users in all circumstances if the site operator (or the person the site represents, Coco Quinn) does not meet their own stated eligibility requirements or if the terms are not appropriate for a site geared toward an audience that may include minors.

Voiding Documents:

'The assertion that the legal documents could be "void" is a legal conclusion that a court would have to make'. However, the presence of these contradictions could make the documents vulnerable to legal challenge if a dispute arose.

COPPA Compliance Concerns (if applicable):

If Coco Quinn's website is intended for a general audience that includes children under 13, it would need to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which requires specific privacy notices and verifiable parental consent. The current "not intended for children under 18" disclaimer is typical for adult-oriented sites or general audience sites that want to avoid COPPA obligations, but it creates an awkward contradiction if the site is promoting a 17-year-old influencer.

In summary, the legal text provided creates a significant discrepancy. The generic disclaimers state the site is not for minors, which directly conflicts with a website dedicated to a minor public figure. This highlights a strong need for legal counsel to draft terms of service and a privacy policy specifically tailored to the unique circumstances of this website and its target audience.

Coco Quinn Nolen Dubuc Shipping Drama

To the so called shippers please read!

24, November 2025

Okay, we have had countless feedback on Coco Quinn and Nolen Dubuc, asking us for so called tea on their relationship now we have been forced into responding to this and we have decided to add this video and we have set it so it shows you what they both said when they were asked who their best friend is both point to each other coco responds whilst pointing to Nolen by saying the Buc

and now @joelylive has stepped in she has invited them both to appear on Pucker Up she has made a short on YouTube and TikTok with hashtags #cocoquinn #nolendubuc #bestfriends

Video credit: celianapacks YouTube

I hope this will stop the feedback coming through about this as if it should continue then there will be a course of action, we will be doing some blockings from the site.

I recently got told about speculative gossip going on on TikTok, regarding Coco Quinn & Nolen Dubuc, the topic surrounding them both dating, there is no evidence of this and no confirmation has been announced, two people seen hanging out together means their, in a relationship no one can be just friends oh look at them two they must be dating. Any way someone saw fit to let IMDB know about it someone sent me a link to Coco Quinn's IMDB profile on the trivia section it  read that they are dating, which i was surprised as no confirmation from either Coco or Nolen Dubuc has emerged so come-on IMDB you need to check the accuracy of what's being added i subscribe to IMDB-PRO, now IMDB as most of you will probably be aware stands for Internet Movie Database, it  can be accessed by the media such as freelance journalists etc wanting a story or so called tea on a celebrity, some newspapers they can be silly i mean there not all silly but some are, now if they see something that's been incorrectly added and what's been added is picked up on by the journalists etc it then gets put towards a story and this turns into something inaccurate and this can cause humiliation for the celeb or annoyance which can lead to legal proceedings. So its wise to be sensible IMDB is not the right place to be adding shipped content you may have seen on social media. I myself went to IMDB and requested they remove it anyway its now been removed there are 4 items on Coco Quinn's trivia section on her IMDB Profile. So people if you are going to submit something to IMDB make sure its accurate and not something you have seen on social media platforms that's being so called shipped, i myself with every fibre of my existence, do not like shipping, it can cause humiliation or embarrassment, headache, anxiety, for the victim what's fun for the shippers might not always be fun to the people being shipped. So please people/shippers be mindful.

Coco Quinn's Website Subscription Reminder!

Also i need to refresh people with the situation regarding coco's website you can only subscribe to her website if you live in the United States, as it clearly state's, in her websites terms of service and for legal regulations, due to monetization subscribers need to be 18 and over a Parent or Guardian can subscribe for you. If you are an American Resident, then you can subscribe.

If your not then you need to ignore any promotion from Coco Quinn, as she is promoting her website, 'a call to action statement' she is giving out 'come say hi' then a link to her website this promotion hasn't explained that her website has a restriction to the United States only.

This has upset overseas fans i have been recently been made aware that some more people have tried to subscribe from outside the USA, as they were led to believe! they could subscribe all down to, Coco Quinn's asinine promotion, over social media which isn't transparent! this has to stop and as i have already said that its United States only!.

Those who see her promotion, and you are not a United States Resident, then you need to ignore her promotion as you have been excluded from joining.

There is a disconnect, between the legal language written in the Terms of Service! and how the website is promoted by Coco Quinn herself.

Promoting a service as global when it has significant geographical restrictions is misleading to fans. Coco Quinn's website offers a paid subscription service, but its full functionality, particularly the interactive 'chat' features, appears to be restricted primarily to U.S. residents due to compliance and payment verification reasons.

The website itself mentions in its FAQ that subscribing gives you access to "unparalleled, exclusive access to private content" and the ability to "communicate with them directly via the direct messages interface," without explicitly stating the geographic lockouts on the main promotional pages.

This lack of transparency makes the situation even more frustrating for fans in the UK, Europe, and other regions, who are effectively paying for a service they cannot fully use or are being led to believe they can access content that isn't truly available to them.

Ultimately, "someone needs to take her in hand" points to a need for more responsible management.

Transparency in Marketing:

Clearly stating which regions the subscription is available in and what features are restricted. United States Residents Only.

Coco Quinn is losing her fanbase overseas evidently in England as her content moves behind a private subscription model only American's can join potentially discriminating her overseas fanbase this is discrimination by location, there are other singers that have official websites that have global subscription, this is what keeps them going online and not some half baked one dimensional website that's going to be operating a goldfish bowled subscription service for American's only the message is clear here Coco Quinn seems to only have American fans.

Lack Of Equitable Access Options:

Her website subscription is a gold fish bowl 'walled garden' subscription system.
Fans who feel misled or excluded often resort to unfollowing and disengaging, which, impacts her long-term international reach and potential music sales.

Impact on Music Sale:

Alienating the international fanbase, whether through paywalls or geographical restrictions on access, will likely have a direct impact on overseas engagement, including potential music sales.
When fans feel a decreased connection to the artist's personal life and content, their loyalty and willingness to purchase music, merchandise, or concert tickets can wane. showing decreased traffic from the UK and Europe, aligns with this consequence.
The combination of business decisions (paywalls) and looming legal regulations (AU, DK social media age bans) presents significant challenges to maintaining a consistent, global relationship with her audience. The result is: overseas fans are moving on when they feel there is no longer value in following her public accounts.

Sign Up Page Flaw:

There has been an identified and significant flaw or contradiction in the subscription sign-up form on coco quinns website
The form appears to be hardcoded with US-specific requirements (like a list of only American states from Alabama to Wyoming) despite allowing users to select any country in the world from the pull-down menu.

This is a technical error that causes major problems for international fans:

Contradictory Fields:

The form asks for a generic "country" but then demands a "state," creating a mandatory field that UK and European residents cannot legitimately fill out. The UK uses counties or post towns, not American states.

Payment Verification:

This form field incompatibility usually causes issues during payment processing. When a user enters a non-US postcode/billing address but is forced to select a US state, the system often flags the transaction as fraudulent or simply fails because the billing information does not match the expected format for a US-based transaction.

Misleading Information:

By listing every country in the world in the drop-down menu, the website implies global access, but the subsequent fields and backend processing effectively lock out many international users who cannot complete the form correctly.
This confirms  that fans overseas are being "screwed over," not necessarily by malicious personal intent from Coco, but by a poorly designed and non-inclusive technical implementation of her business's paywall strategy. It makes the subscription process confusing, frustrating, and often impossible to complete for many non-US fans.

The Result or Aftermath:

Her overseas fans moving on as many are doing where we reside, and they have unfollowed Coco on social media, her overseas fans feel alienating especially be her asinine promotion across her social media this is not aligned with her websites terms of service. As it is clear now that her paywalled website is becoming a replacement for her other platforms her social media content has gone downhill since her website launched her YouTube content has disappeared all except a few music video's this will be obviously now available on her paywalled website she considers herself to be an artist a singer songwriter so if that's the case then why is she hiding behind a private united states only subscription website, she won't get very far doing that take Tate McCrae  for example she is canadian do you think her website is subscription locked to canadian residents only duh! no, Kylie Minogue is her website for Australian residents only no.

Does Coco Quinn have an international fanbase duh! yes this is why websites like Coco Quinn Online exist!

Broad Marketing Reach:

With 9 million followers across social media, many of whom are likely international, promoting the site without mentioning restrictions can lead to user confusion when they encounter the fine print or form issues. Also resulting in fans moving on as they have been misled.

Promoting a "US-only" website to a global audience without clear transparency seems ridiculous.

I hate discriminating websites or people with every fibre of my being!

Coco Quinn herself whether she knows about her website being restricted to the United States only the way she promotes it across social media with a simple message 'come say hi' then a link to her website is highly unlikely.

However someone knows Coy Creator built her website and i operating the website to a certain degree Coco Quinn's family will have signed a contract with Coy Creator 'the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing' which clearly shows hence the way the website is being promoted over social media to her 9+ million fans which i expect to be global followers including the USA, so someone needs to take responsibility.

Live Video Vlog:

Coco Quinn, will be doing live video vlogs on her website, she will be answering questions that people put to her, okay here is the situation, she decides to go live on her Instagram and she might get asked the same questions what she gonna say she might say okay i have already been asked this and i gave an answer didn't you join me on my live on my website.

I have already answered all this, the replies she may likely get is duh helloooo i cant join your website as i do not live in the United States so i am not aware of your answers to the questions you were asked on your website, Coco Quinn then will be forced to answer the same questions she may find annoying as people do not like being asked the same questions and having to give the same answers over and over again.

Coco will get this from people as they can't all subscribe to her website and of course if she has to answer the same questions she will get frustrated and she will either choose to decline to answer or ignore the questions full stop because as far as she is concerned she's  already been asked this and she will have answered this and she wont want to repeat herself over again.

The joy's of having a restricted website to United States Residents only this is a common fact as people overseas who cant join her website won't be kept up to date as they can't see her lives on her website.

Her promotion of her website is 'flawed' as not everyone can subscribe she hasn't been transparent with the promotion of it and i can tell you many have been misled by her promotion of her website and failed to subscribe to her website due to the discrimination by location which i myself do not approve of i hate discriminating websites or platforms with every fiber of my being fans where i/we reside have decided to move on okay here is another angle imagine Tate McCrae, she is a canadian singer restricts her website to Canadian Residents only how would that be received people will be hugely disappointed  as she has a huge fanbase. Coco Quinn has built up a huge fanbase herself especially during the 'cavin' era she was in a high profile relationship with him they were like rock stars touring here and there.

As of late her brand is being sheltered by a restricted paywall website that not everyone can join.

Contradiction:

(1) 'Come say hi' then a link to her website, a call to action stating she is live on her website a call to people on her social media to come to her website

(2) 18 and over*

(3) Subscribers need to be United States Residents or any of its territories or possessions, discrimination by location (DBL) we have encountered fans where we reside moving on as they can't subscribe to her website and her social media isn't particularly good at the moment as her best content has gone behind a paywall.

Her friend Stefan Benz, he has a website his website isn't restricted we have infact linked to his website you can find in the links area on the site

*Subscriptions require people to be 18 and over due to legal regulations and this is not limited to subscription websites only, phone contracts utility contracts

Global Reach:

Is Coco Quinn known globally the answer to that one is yes, that is why websites like 'Coco Quinn Online' exist!

Verge Agency Misleading link

15, November 2025

As of November 2025, we are no longer linking to Verge Agency as it has linked to coco quinns website and has failed to disclose that her website is restricted to united states only, and visitors/minors visiting her Verge Agency profile will click the exclusive content link and will be taken to her website unbeknown to them without prior warning will end up on a website that's doesn't allow subscribers outside of the united states, also minor's can't legally subscribe as subscription requires users to be 18 and over, this is for subscribing to a minors website, this will lead to disappointment and i have already seen fans move on where i reside. This gives the impression, that Coco herself no longer cares about her overseas fans, as her websites restriction proves that, there are websites that are globally international she just wants her fanbase to be American only as stated in her websites terms of service, since it's launch no disclosure by coco or her team have mentioned that only American people can access her websites content, as of late there is some viewable content on the feed where you can like and comment on her viewable content but the exclusive content is for United States fans only this is what is commonly known as discrimination.

"And i hate websites that discriminate its models fans overseas with every fibre of my being!"

"A global brand, being reduced to a restricted audience"

on her imdb this is what i discovered, its on the trivia area thankyou to who added this as i didn't also someone added this website (Coco Quinn Online) to imdb i didn't neither did my team, so someone else did. Below is what it says on her imdb profile!

'Coco Quinn now has her own official website there you can chat with her and see content exclusive to her website this is a paid subscription website that uses monetization which requires users to be 18 and over websites using monetization require subscription payments to be via credit card which requires users to be 18 and over. another website Coco Quinn Online which was launched recently. However both websites differ in many ways. Also subscribers need to be United States residents to subscribe to Coco Quinn's official website.'

'I do not like websites that discriminate people like this with every fibre of my being', and coco's promotion of her website giving everyone the false sense of belief that they can subscribe to her website this is not fact! and not everyone can subscribe, as its stated in her websites terms of service that its for united states only this and coco quinns promotion and the now link on Verge Agency is creating a paradoxical situation whether Coco Quinn herself knows about her websites restriction, is highly unlikely giving the way she promotes her website, to 9 or more million follower's across social media it is highly unlikely she knows about it, this is the responsibility of her team and her websites company coy creator to assure that everything regarding the websites terms of service is upheld and isn't contradicted by a misleading promotion across social media.

Paradoxical Website:

This could be a legal matter all round for her team and coy creator and coco quinn herself as her website is being mis advertised, across social media by coco quinn herself. And is contradicting the websites terms of service not to mention the privacy policy, in the privacy policy, it states that coco quinns website isn't aimed at children under the age of 18, coco quinn herself  is under 18, a minor at least until June 2026, and is promoting a website that isn't legally intended for her neither this is contradictory. The terms of service clearly states users have to be 18 and over coco quinn is under the age of 18, until June 2026, if she is contributing to her website then she is classed as a user.

"A call to action promotion by Coco Quinn, directing people to her website, which is a restricted website to united states only, as stated in the terms of service also states users have to be 18 and over Coco Quinn isn't 18 she is 17, the privacy policy on her website states' our website isn't intended for children under the age of 18, again Coco Quinn is 17 which means she has a website that isn't intended for her as she in the eyes of the law until June 2026 she is still a minor.

Final Thought:

Coco Quinn, needs to promote her website more realistically she needs to know the ins and outs of her websites policy as at the moment people are being led to a website and if their not united states resident's then they will have been misled. 'Transparency not Deception'.

This website Coco Quinn Online is complying with the UK/EU/Commonwealth legal frameworks, which often involves the strict GDPR and recent Online Safety Acts.

Coco Quinn Teen Access Interview

Coco talks about her fanbase and her music on Teen Access

" I love my fans, they've been with me, right from the start, their my day ones, they keep me going, i wouldn't be where i am today"

As of late her fans, outside the united states will be devastated, due to not being able to subscribe to her website, as its United State's Only

That practice is accurately described as a form of discrimination by location or geographic discrimination. It meets the fundamental definition of discrimination: treating one group of people (those outside the US) less favourably or excluding them compared to another group (US)

Some will argue the fact 'It is a business practice referred to as geo-blocking or geo-fencing, designed to manage market access, compliance, and licensing agreements rather than violate fundamental rights'. However i do not like discrimination in any form and i do not know how Coco Quinn, can do live stream video's speaking to fans knowing that she is keeping her websites subscription from a lot of them as i have already mentioned fans where i reside have moved on and have sadly even stopped visiting this website (Coco Quinn Online) a business practice that cause fans to move on isn't a very good business practice.

Geo-blocking can damage customer loyalty and satisfaction, as fans in excluded regions feel undervalued or penalized for where they live.

Frustrated fans will often seek alternative, ways to access the content or services, resulting in users attempting to use VPN, which i do not recommend if anyone attempts this if their UK residents this will come under Ofcom's scope . I have noticed fans where i live have moved on and not associating themselves with Coco Quinn, they have stopped visiting her socials and even this website Coco Quinn Online.

Subscription Service

Minor's Website:

Coco Quinns website offers a subscription service with exclusive content and explicitly lists "Terms of Service*" and "Privacy Policy*" links.

A note on the 'FAQ' page mentions charging a credit card for completed subscriptions. Which requires '18+' for legal regulations, however adult's subscribing to a minor's website is a matter of concern

Publicly available information states Coco Quinn is a minor and is part of the high school Class of 2025.

This means she is under 18 years of age herself until June 2026.

The practice of a minor offering a paid, age-restricted subscription service to adults can raise significant child protection and legal issues, regardless of the content itself. The potential for attracting "the wrong kind of people" 'is the primary reason why platforms and website operators are expected to have robust age verification and appropriate content policies!.**

Transparency Matters:

*The terms of service, highlights the regulations for subscribing to Coco Quinns website, however it isn't transparent enough as some people do not read the terms of service or privacy policy, as this is the case this needs to be made more transparent and it needs to be visible on the websites feed 'ie' subscribers need to be 18 and over for monetization purposes, and need to be a united states resident and any of its territories, and possessions.

Promotion of website:

It is understandable, that Coco Quinn wants to promote her website, especially over her social media platforms, however she needs to be more transparent, as she is promoting her website, without disclosing her website being 18 and over to subscribe although for legal regulations it still needs addressing, also the restriction to 'United States Residents' only, however either way this has angered people overseas especially when she has stated that her website has exclusive content on her website unavailable anywhere else, her YouTube content has gone except for a few videos, her social media content has gone down hill over the past months since her website launched the most important content has moved behind a paywalled website, and it's locked this is unknown! as it isn't clear as to what it actually is as no one has actually mentioned what it actually is, so we have taken the decision to treat it with suspicion.

Social Media:

As of late Coco Quinn's TikTok platforms especially her official profile, has become inappropriate for a lot of fans that are younger than her i have been made aware i myself do not have TikTok, but i have been shown some of the content people post on TikTok, i saw some of the content posted on Coco Quinn's TikTok profile, this content doesn't appear on Her Instagram or Facebook.

We have never linked to her website for obvious reasons, we have since removed her social media links from the website, also more recently the link to her verge agency profile, as it came to our attention they have added a link on her verge agency profile, 'Exclusive Content' this takes you to Coco Quinns website, verge agency have failed to disclose that the website is 18 and over it has locked content and is united states residents only, anyone can access her website from verge agency even minors.

If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

Business Strategy VS Fanbase

Coco Quinn will have built up an impressive fanbase over the years, especially through the 'Cavin' era this has changed recently due to a restricted one dimensional walled gardened website a funnel subscription however noticeably as of late there is viewable images of coco on her websites feed and viewers can like and comment however you need to subscribe which is neither her or there.

Live Video:

Coco Quinn has in the past gone live on her Instagram and has been asked would you travel to Brazil, Ireland, The UK coco even said Brazil i have  friends there, i wonder how they feel about not being able to subscribe to view exclusive content then there are fans further overseas she was asked if she would come to the UK however as of late i don't know how she would be received by people especially if they have been discriminated by their location by her website at the moment this may not be a good idea as fans take this seriously as its not just American fans that have been with her from the start its overseas as well.

Social Media Brand Misalignment:

The importance of alignment between a "global" social media presence and the actual accessibility of the brand's commercial ventures. The lack of global access on Coco Quinn's website, indeed creates a significant strategic issue that could negatively impact various aspects of her career.

Here’s a breakdown of how the website restriction could affect her brand globally:

Impact on Music Sales:

While music platforms like Apple Music and Spotify operate globally, a website with a US-only restriction limits the opportunity to cross-promote merchandise, exclusive content, or meet-and-greet opportunities that could drive deeper engagement and, indirectly, music sales in markets like the UK.

Global Brand, Reduced To Local Brand:

Strategic decisions regarding content and website accessibility are impacting Coco Quinn's global brand, effectively reducing it to a more local, US-focused presence. The removal of content from YouTube reinforces this perception, diminishing her international brand by restricting core engagement and premium content to a US-only website

Overseas Touring Feasibility:

Tour promoters assess the concentration of an artist's engaged fanbase when planning international tours.

If a significant portion of her international followers are "snubbed" by the website restriction and feel alienated, it could reduce the perceived viability of a successful tour in markets like the UK.

Promoters look for strong, engaged fan bases that will buy tickets and merchandise.

Fanbase Development:

The key to building a strong and loyal fanbase online is inclusive access.

A website is a primary tool for direct fan engagement and monetisation.

By restricting access, she is missing a massive opportunity to convert casual social media followers into dedicated, subscribing fans in key international markets. Although she promotes her website to social media with over 9 million followers

Strategic Stupidity vs. Business Logistics:

From a fan perspective, the restriction seems "stupid" because it’s a clear brand disconnect. From a business perspective, the decision may stem from complex legalities, tax regulations, payment processing compliance, and data privacy laws (like the UK's GDPR) that can make operating a paid subscription service globally challenging and expensive for a smaller operation. However, the lack of clear communication to her audience is a significant failure in marketing strategy. Either way she loses her overseas fanbase this is location discrimination

Ultimately, it is correct that a global brand strategy demands global accessibility, much like Tate McRae's website which ensures wider fan engagement. The current US-only model creates friction and brand damage among her international audience. This has already started to happen. Coco Quinn has clearly deserted her overseas fans via her websites restrictions.

Example someone who's been singing as long as Coco Quinn that has a website that's not restricted to the united states only that has Spotify and apple music account will be more popular overseas.

An artist with a global social media presence who also provides globally accessible digital platforms  alongside their music on Spotify and Apple Music is fundamentally better positioned to build international popularity and engagement than an artist with a US-only restriction on their core website. And they build a stable fanbase.

Tate McRae:

her approach is a great example. Her official website is fully accessible globally, allowing fans from the UK, US, and other countries to sign up for newsletters, view merchandise, and find tour dates without geo-blocks. This has helped her build a strong international following, leading to successful global tours and chart performance.

Billie Eilish:

Even from her early career, her website was designed with a global audience in mind, often routing users to regional sites or shops (e.g., a UK shop, a US shop) that comply with local laws but still provide a full user experience rather than a hard geo-block. This inclusive approach has been a key part of her global success.

Olivia Rodrigo:

Similar to Eilish, her digital presence is comprehensive and international. Fans worldwide can engage with content, buy music, and purchase merchandise from region-specific stores, which ensures compliance while maintaining fan access.

An artist like this can cultivate a much stronger, more loyal, and profitable overseas fanbase because they are not "snubbing" a large portion of their followers. Their cohesive global strategy demonstrates a commitment to all their fans, which is a powerful driver of long-term international success and popularity.

Nessa Barret:

Nessa Barrett operates her brand on a global scale, which aligns with the strategy for building international popularity. Unlike the situation  with Coco Quinn, Nessa Barrett's official website and brand are not restricted to the United States only.

Stefan Benz:

Stefan Benz has built a global brand that actively seeks international engagement, unlike the restricted model of Coco Quinn's website. Originally from South Africa, he has specifically focused on breaking into the US market but ensures his music and online presence are internationally accessible. Coco Quinn should take a leaf out of his book.

Accessible Website: His website, stefanbenzmusic.com, provides a global access point for fans to sign up for "exclusive content, music, events, merch and more" without the type of US-only restrictions found on the other artist's site.

International Reach:

The websites of major global artists like Olivia Rodrigo use best practices for international reach by offering location-specific versions.

When you visit Olivia Rodrigo's website and it offered a choice between the US version and your local country's version, it demonstrated how a global brand manages international logistics, such as currency, shipping, payment regulations, and localized content, without entirely excluding a market.

Restricted Website:

Coco Quinn's website, currently takes a very restrictive approach compared to these examples.

'Instead of adapting its platform for international fans, it simply locks them out'.

'This is called Discrimination by location'. I hate discriminating websites with every fibre of my existence.

This "US only" restriction will cost her a significant portion of her overseas fanbase in the long run. And as things stand, wont get them back, and won't likely to ever get them back, her website is exclusive behind the scenes content, that wont be available to her overseas fans which means they wont be kept up to date as only subscribed users to her website will be getting VIP updates visa her website.

Her overseas followers for them getting updates on Coco Quinn behind the scenes, will be like anyone using Windows 10 getting updates, oh by the way windows 10 is now officially done its not getting updates. And Apple Mac users Mac Pro (2013 and older)

Overseas Revolt:

Fans where i reside are moving on as they wont be getting updates behind the scenes on coco they don't see the point of following her anymore and they won't be able to join her website as of course its united states restricted which will cost her in the long run which changes are already happening.

By not adopting a more inclusive, location-aware system used by other artists, her brand is being hampered by self-imposed limitations that prioritize simplicity over global reach.

Asinine social media promotion:

Coco Quinn its no secret has been inviting people over her social media platforms to join her on her website, this sounds inviting right....Wrong!

Here's why:

Coco Quinn's website is complex as it isn't for everyone to just come and join her on her wesbite, infact it clearly states in her websites terms of service that its 18 for subscription legal regulations however there is the main drawback you need to be a united states resident some thing coco quinn isn't mentioning to her social media followers currently around 9 million so unless your a united states resident you wont be able to join, those who can join then they can do so, those who can't you need to ignore her invitation over her social website as there is no point in trying to subscribe via her invitation over social media also VPN usage

Payment Restrictions:

If you use a VPN or proxy to access Coco Quinn's Website, your bank's IP verification system may restrict purchases, resulting in declined transactions.

Using one to bypass geo-restrictions may lead to payment issues or a potential account suspension

many online services, especially those with geo-locked content for copyright reasons, consider using a VPN a violation of their terms of service. If detected, the service reserves the right to block or close your account, similar to practices on streaming sites like Netflix.

Fanbase Alienation Overseas:

Influencers who alienate their fanbase face significant financial risks, primarily by damaging the trust that is central to their business model. Key revenue streams that are typically affected include brand sponsorships, subscriber and platform revenue, and merchandise sales.

Here are the typical financial risks for influencers who alienate their fanbase:

Loss of brand partnerships and lower rates

Reputation damage:

Brands are sensitive to public backlash and will avoid influencers with a history of alienating their audience to protect their own brand image.

Damaged credibility:

The value influencers offer is their authenticity and ability to genuinely connect with an audience. When this credibility is damaged, brands may no longer see the partnership as worthwhile, leading to a loss of sponsorship deals.

Decline in engagement:

A disengaged or shrinking fanbase due to alienation leads to lower engagement rates, making the influencer less appealing to brands. Even if the follower count remains high, low engagement is a "red flag" for brands.

Decreased revenue from content platforms and subscriptions

Reduced ad revenue:

As followers leave, the total number of views and engagement on platforms like YouTube or TikTok decreases, directly reducing the ad revenue the influencer earns.

Fewer subscribers:

Subscription-based platforms, like the website model you mentioned, are highly vulnerable to fan alienation. A frustrated or excluded fanbase will not pay for content, leading to a decline in subscription revenue. Also the restriction to united states only, as her content is shifting behind a paywall website this wont be available anywhere else causing a complete alienation amongst a fanbase that supported her right from the start, this has been a business decision i am too in business, and i do not like her business strategy here at all a location discrimination strategy alienating global audiences from joining her website this is an all time low. I hate websites that discriminate with every fibre of my being.

Impact on affiliate links:

Influencers who use affiliate marketing to earn a commission on sales will see this revenue stream dry up if their audience no longer trusts or supports them.

Negative impact on merchandise and sales

Lower sales:

An alienated fanbase is unlikely to purchase merchandise, music, or other products associated with the influencer. This directly impacts sales figures and future profits.

Diminished symbolic value:

For many fans, purchasing merchandise is a way to show support. When the emotional bond is broken, the symbolic value of these purchases disappears, and sales plummet.

Potential for legal and regulatory issues

Increased scrutiny:

Alienating fans can draw negative attention, which may lead to increased scrutiny from regulators regarding content disclosure, as seen with "influencers" in the past.

Consequences of misinformation:

If an influencer has promoted products or given advice that turns out to be misleading or harmful, regulatory bodies may intervene, resulting in fines or other penalties.

Long-term career damage shrinking global market:

Intentionally restricting access to a key segment of the fanbase, such as international followers, limits the influencer's market size and prevents future growth.

Erosion of loyalty:

Alienating fans erodes the long-term loyalty that is critical for sustained success, potentially making it very difficult for the influencer to recover their original standing or rebuild their audience.

Website Geographic Visits:

Coco Quinn online has had visits from people globally including the United States, having checked the geographic visits we have noticed this Australia is on the list a good broad reach and we would like to thank people for visiting the website.

External Linking:

It is not the intentions of this website 'Coco Quinn Online' to link to websites that are age restricted to 18 and over due to its content ie pornography, and any other content unsuitable for minors.

If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

This website 'Coco Quinn Online, doesn't link to either Coco Quinn's website, due to obvious reasons its content which can't be verified as it is locked content.**

Her Social media accounts especially TikTok, which contains Material unsuitable for minor's and she herself is also a minor.**

This website Coco Quinn Online is complying with the UK/EU/Commonwealth legal frameworks, which often involves the strict GDPR and recent Online Safety Acts.

Coco Quinn's Brand

" I love my fans, they've been with me, right from the start, their my day ones, they keep me going, i wouldn't be where i am today"

Coco Quinn's business strategy has a critical inconsistency:

Coco over the years, has cultivated a global brand through platforms like TikTok (5.4 million followers), Instagram (2.1 million followers), and YouTube (1.6 million subscribers), but her main monetization effort through her website is locally restricted.

This approach is highly unrealistic for several reasons:

Contradiction of a Global Brand:

A global brand, by definition, implies a universal reach and consistent experience for all consumers, regardless of location.

The geo-restriction on her primary platform directly contradicts this image

Misleading Promotion:

By promoting the website and its benefits to her entire global following without clear, initial disclaimers that it is a U.S.-only service, she is effectively creating an expectation of access that she cannot meet for her overseas fans.

Brand Goal: Fanbase Target

Coco Quinn is clearly targeting her social media followers which is around 9 million or over, she is clearly inviting them all to join her on her website, however target vs reality, this is where the reality steps into the room she has 9 or more million followers on social media and she is putting her website subscription to them all however this is not a reality as it clearly states in her websites terms of service that it's restricted to united states which makes me wonder

(a) is she aware that her website is restricted to the united states!

(b) or is she being Unrealistic or is she pranking people!

This is not funny, as people outside the united states will visit and attempt to subscribe only to find they have had their time wasted being led to believe that they can subscribe to her website when infact they can't its for united states only this is going to create annoyance and they will lose interest in Coco Quinn and her brand and they will move on and she wont be able to do anything about it. Some already have unfortunately this may or may not bother Coco Quinn.

Exclusionary Business Model:

Excluding a vast majority of her potential subscriber base is a significant business risk.

The value in a "fan economy" model is leveraging emotional connection and trust for commercial gain; excluding fans can damage that trust factor.

Loss of Global Engagement:

fans outside the U.S. will likely lose interest. They are being offered a "secondary" experience compared to their U.S. counterparts, which leads to disengagement and negative word-of-mouth.

The strategy of expecting over nine million global followers to subscribe to a U.S.-only website is unrealistic because it ignores the fundamental geographic and logistical barriers in place.

This approach sacrifices long-term global reach for short-term, niche revenue.

Responding to someone's persistent Emails

16, November 2025

Okay I have had email's from someone, asking  the same question i ignored it several times they were persistent so now I have decided to respond.

I made a decision to block access to Coco Quinn's  social media platforms and certain content (such as a TikTok video with explicit lyrics to the song "STFUAFM") due to their own internal policy and to comply with the UK's Online Safety Act of 2023.

I clarified that:

The website has a policy of not linking to any content that is 18+ or deemed unsuitable for minors.

They consider the TikTok video in question, featuring lip-syncing to explicit lyrics and suggestive gestures, to be inappropriate for a young audience.

The decision was also influenced by the discovery that Coco Quinn's website (which is a different site), likely has terms of service requiring users to be 18 or older for subscription/interaction features and maybe the locked content, a requirement which conflicts with Coco Quinn being a minor herself.

This led the site staff to disassociate their own site from her official platforms to maintain compliance with online safety regulations designed to protect children online.

Therefore, the action was taken by Coco Quinn Online based on their interpretation of online safety laws and not by Coco Quinn herself.

Also as of late Coco Quinn Online no longer links to Coco Quinn's verge agency profile due to verge agency linking to coco quinns website without disclosing her websites policies, that verge agency haven't mentioned.

Coco Quinn's website to subscribe you need to be.

(A) 18 years of age *

(B) Be a united States Resident**

* this is for legal regulations as subscription requirements are subscribers are 18 and over due to credit card only. Which i find ridiculous as there are other payment methods.

**Subscription is for united states residents only, which i find discriminating towards people by their country/location on coco quinns website.

Her website claims that its the space for her to share her world with her fans, not when its restricted to united states residents only.

Her overseas fans have been snubbed by her website discriminated by a website who's model (coco quinn) who have supported her since the start not just united states fans also its been said that she has friends in Brazil so they wont be able to subscribe.

Discrimination this is sad news for overseas fans or even friends of hers that she has in Brazil this websites discriminatory towards coco quinns fans and even friends.

Our decision not to link to coco quinns website or social media is final.

This website 'Coco Quinn Online' puts online safety first.

If this website links to any other website or platform that contains content inappropriate for minors we would be liable.

It's been said all along people are welcome to subscribe to coco quinns website that's your choice not mine, you can follow her social media that is also you choice, this website 'Coco Quinn Online' isn't linking to either her website or her social media.

It is helpful that the geographic restriction has been mentioned on sites like Coco Quinn's IMDb trivia section, as this information helps international fans become aware of the situation before attempting to subscribe.

The decision to promote the website broadly without explicit geographic warnings rests with Coco Quinn's management and team. While it might be an oversight, the current approach can indeed be seen as misleading to international fans who are keen to subscribe and engage with her exclusive content.

Fans who cannot subscribe due to these restrictions can still interact with her publicly available content on her official social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, although this content may be less personal or frequent and this wont be keeping people up to date as its been noted, as her TikTok has of late been very explicit for example she uploaded a video with explicit lyrics which is offensive as she has fans younger than her, this is not appropriate for fans younger than her.

Coco Quinn promotes a restricted website to a global social media audience makes no sense, as a global audience on social media wont be kept up to date with her behind the scenes activities etc and she will only be going live on her website this is why it was built 'this is the space where I can really connect and give you more of me' that is misleading as the website states united states residents only (as stated in her websites terms of service) the privacy policy states that her website isn't for children under 18, how old is coco quinn 17 this contradicts the statement in the privacy policy. She is misleading people giving them a false sense of belief that they can join a website that they wont be able to join only if their American living in the united states.

Discrepancy surrounding Coco Quinn's website.

A significant issue exists within the website's policy given Coco Quinn's age.

Paradoxical Website:

Coco Quinn's IMDB Profile, notes that the subscription website uses monetization requiring credit card payments, which typically requires users to be 18 and over, and that subscribers must be United States Residents.

The website's privacy policy states, "Our website isn't intended for children under the age of 18," and Coco Quinn is currently 17 (and was 16 when the site launched), it creates a clear contradiction.

Lack Of Transparency:

The website suggests one thing (terms of service) Coco Quinn, is suggesting the other the way her website is being promoted by her across her social media platforms inviting her social media followers around 9 million in total to join her on her website and no disclosure of her website actually being for united states residents only, as stated in the websites terms of service. Her promotion is misleading people are going to be led into a false sense of belief that they can join coco quinns website when if their not a united states resident they wont be able to join

Coco Quinn is a minor:

She is currently under 18 years old.

The site is not intended for minors:

'According to the stated policy, individuals under 18 should not be using the site'.

This means that, by the website's own rules, the primary subject of the content is a person (Coco Quinn) for whom the site is not intended.

This highlights a significant oversight by the management team (Coy Creator and Coco Quinn's team), as the policy doesn't align with the reality of the website's star.

This legal and ethical inconsistency, along with the unstated geographical restrictions, needs to be addressed by her team to ensure transparency and compliance with online regulations concerning minors and user age limits.

The current placement of this information only in the terms of service is insufficient for a global and predominantly young audience. This needs to be highlighted on the website so transparency is in place correctly not everyone will read the terms of service.

When her website launched in April 2025, some of my team visited her website looking at the welcome message and the design etc you wouldn't have guessed until you visited the websites terms of service, and it states united states residents only which we thought Coco Quinn has developed a global fanbase her brand is global and it has to breath, but its being held back by a website that's reducing her global brand to united states only which we thought that's no good.

She has a global fanbase and a huge portion of that fanbase is going to be discriminated by their geographical location, which is devastating for overseas fans we we're working on a website in 2024 and obviously about coco quinn however it got shelved as we were busy having seen coco quinns website we decided to unshelve the website it didn't have a title as yet so we began work on it and in may 2025, coco quinn online launched Paul the main guy who's a fan of her music had wanted to build the site which unlike coco quinns website isn't restricted to one country only yes its had a lot of visitors particularly from the United States.

Linking:

This website 'Coco Quinn Online' doesn't link to Coco Quinn's website, as the website is a paywalled website with locked content and we aren't aware as to what the locked content actually is we have to be cautious as if we link to a website that is 18 and over this is for subscription legal regulations of course but its due to mainly locked content and no one has advised us neither.

Recently i/we took the decision to remove links to Coco Quinn's social media especially her TikTok's, as of late her content on her TikTok's isn't appropriate for younger fans, parents are advised to use Restricted Mode for their minors some video's how they are still on there i don't know i do not have TikTok myself but i do know people that do and i recently became aware of her TikTok content as i was shown  one video was rather suggestive music on the video rather explicit inappropriate for younger fans Stfuafm" by Dylankevitch. This is hardly appropriate for 13+ year olds. I received feedback through the contact system some parents approached me regarding this matter they said thank god you aren't linking to coco quinns social media accounts. A lack of mindfulness is present here with coco quinns TikTok's

the platform (TikTok) requires users to be at least 13 years old to create a standard account.

To turn Restricted Mode on or off:

In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.

Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.

Tap Content preferences.

Tap Restricted Mode.

Follow the steps in the app to set or enter a passcode, then turn Restricted Mode on or off.

Verge Agency:

As of November 2025, we are no longer linking to Verge Agency as it has linked to coco quinns website and has failed to disclose that her website is restricted to united states only, and visitors/minors visiting her Verge Agency profile will click the exclusive content link and will be taken to her website unbeknown to them without prior warning will end up on a website that's doesn't allow subscribers outside of the united states, Content on coco quinns website may not be suitable for minors.

This website Coco Quinn Online is complying with the UK/EU/Commonwealth legal frameworks, which often involves the strict GDPR and recent Online Safety Acts.

The Online Safety Act 2023

The July 25, 2025 Online Safety Bill.

Ofcom.

If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

We thank all our visitors for visiting the website.

Verge Agency Misleading Link

15, November 2025

On Verge Agency's profile for Coco Quinn, which advertises "exclusive content" at Coco Quinn's website, leads to a website restricted to users in the United States.

If you are located outside the United States, this restriction prevents access to the advertised content. This creates a potentially misleading situation for international users who visit the Verge Agency profile and expect to access the linked website's content, regardless of their location.

Verge Agency is essentially directing traffic to a geo-restricted website, which limits the accessibility of the 'exclusive content' to a specific geographic region. The situation about this limitation highlights an inconsistency in the promotional information for a global audience.

As of today 15, November  2025  we are not linking to a website that is misleading people. Also if minor's visit her verge agency profile and end up on coco quinns website and social media particularly TikTok they will have full access to coco's inappropriate content which contains explicit song lyrics which would of course cause chaos.

If this website links to any other website or platform that contains content inappropriate for minors we would be scrutinised. This website does have an age gate 14 ~ adult  however there are multi age groups visiting this website we have to be careful what or who we link to.

If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

Subscribing to Coco Quinn's website.

Some of you will have already have subscribed to Coco Quinn's website, some of you wont have as yet, we would like to draw your attention to the subscription requirements.

As you will probably be aware, you will have seen Coco Quinn promoting her website across social media things like Instagram stories a selfie with the words 'Come say hi' then a link to Coco Quinn's website. Sounds straight forward yes........NO! its not it is infact not straight forward. And coco quinn hasn't disclosed this.

Here's why:

Subscription to Coco Quinn's website requires users to be 18 and over, to subscribe this is due to monetization and payment processing subscription is made by credit card which is a legal age range regulation (18).

Here's the consolation prize are you ready for it yes, you have to be a united states resident only.

Privacy Policy Contradiction:

A major concern which has been identified in the Privacy Policy is the following contradiction.

Coco Quinn's Age: Coco Quinn is currently 17 years old.

Privacy Policy Statement:

The policy explicitly states:

'Our website isn't intended for children under the age of 18.'

This is a significant oversight.

A website named after a minor (Coco Quinn), featuring content related to her, has terms of service that effectively excludes her (Coco Quinn) as a user.

This inconsistency, raises serious questions, about the legal and strategic implementation, of the website and further adds to the list of problematic elements concerning Coco Quinn's  website's management and operations.

Misleading Promotion:

Coco Quinn promotes her website across social media and doesn't mention any of this*, instead people across social media that are following her will be encouraged to a website unbeknown to them they cant subscribe if

*(A) their under 18

*(B) they don't live in the united states, or any of its territories.

Her promotion contradicts her websites terms of service this is known as 'paradoxical' meaning when one thing says one thing the other says another. Her promotion implies yes i have a website come and say hi then followed by a link to her website. This will confuse and annoy people especially being led into a false sense of belief thinking they can subscribe to her website promising exclusive content when it turns out they can't as their either under 18 and do not live in the united states. Which makes me wonder if she herself is aware of the terms of service, or the privacy policy as what it says in the privacy policy, the website isn't intended for her as she is under 18.

Brand:

Unfortunately her brand is now a local brand caused by her websites restricted reach (USA only) her content has shifted from her social media and has been made an exclusive, also her YouTube is now dormant as any new music she releases will be on her website as well again a subscription model, no exclusive content is available on her social media infact at the moment her social media isn't what it used to be.

TikTok:

Parental Advisory!

Coco quinn has a verified TikTok, however unlike her official verified Instagram, her TikTok isn't as appropriate as her Instagram and hardly appropriate for younger fans, there is a video with Nolen Dubuc which contains a song known as 'Stfuafm' by Dylan Kevitch however its abbreviated it contains explicit lyrics Coco Quinn and Nolen Dubuc are seen lip synching to this song and is rather suggestive this has been deemed to explicit for minors to view and we have blocked access to her social media this is on her official TikTok, which is ridiculous really maybe on a spam TikTok maybe but this appears on an official TikTok for someone who is regarded as an icon and to younger fans someone they look up to. It has been suggested that TikTok is aimed at an older audience.....that is incorrect there are minors on TikTok and minors could see that video, Coco needs to think about the audience that can view that video many will be minors and how they would interpret that video along with the explicit lyrics. **

Her TikTok has become provocative and this is an official verified TIKTOK, which contains video's with music featuring explicit lyrics hardly appropriate for some fans.**

Parents can use restricted mode for their children it might not be 100% perfect but it can assist preventing your children viewing inappropriate content, i myself don't have TIKTOK i don't like it but friends have and they showed me content from Coco Quinn's TIKTOK profile and i was surprised this was on an official verified account with no parental advisory i mean anyone following her can view her TikTok.**

The message this content gives off is that of normalizing sexually suggestive behaviour and explicit language for a young, impressionable audience, potentially leading to several negative outcomes. **

Normalization of Inappropriate Behaviour:

By posting explicit content without parental guidance or age restrictions, the creators normalize the use of explicit language and suggestive actions (such as the mentioned "arm gesture") among their young followers. Again is inappropriate.

Blurred Lines:

It blurs the lines between age-appropriate and mature content, making it difficult for minors to distinguish between healthy and potentially harmful interactions or behaviours online.

Undermining Parental Authority:

The lack of parental guidance undermines efforts by parents and guardians to monitor their children's exposure to mature content, as children may seek out content from creators they follow and trust.

Peer Pressure and Mimicry:

Young fans, who often admire and wish to emulate their idols, may be influenced to replicate the behaviour, language, and gestures seen in the video, engaging in risky behaviours prematurely. Parents will complain they will want to know where their child got this from

Prioritizing Views over Responsibility:

The content can be interpreted as prioritizing engagement and views over the well-being and appropriate development of a young fanbase, especially given the history of the creator's social media content being "highly suggestive".

Desensitization:

Consistent exposure to such content can desensitize young viewers to explicit material, potentially impacting their psychological well-being and development of critical thinking skills regarding online content.

Ultimately, the message is that engaging in or being exposed to suggestive and explicit material is acceptable and commonplace, despite the content being unsuitable for minors. This highlights the need for better age-verification and parental control mechanisms on social media platform.** Some people would find this amusing probably people who aren't parents

Fanbase Exclusion:

Her targeted fanbase is united states only, potentially excluding, her fans overseas which will be damaging for her as no one wants to lose a fanbase especially a fanbase she spent years building up if she planned on travelling overseas she may not get a warm welcome from overseas now former fans.

Payment System Conflict:

The merchant's anti-fraud systems often detect a mismatch between a non-U.S. IP address and your credit card's billing address, causing payments to be declined if you attempt to use a VPN or proxy to bypass the restriction.

Lack of Transparency in Promotion:

Here is the issue!

Promoting the website widely on social media without clearly disclosing that it is restricted to U.S. subscribers only, leading many international fans to feel misled. And many have moved on this is a clear targeted attack on overseas fans 'your names not on the list, you are not coming in' scenario which has had a discrimination effect on her global fanbase and I do not like that as she has forgotten its not just her American fanbase that has put her where she is now its her global fanbase. Earlier in 2025, she appeared on Teen Access, she complimented her fanbase saying "i love my fanbase there my number ones they've been with me right from the start, i wouldn't be where i am now if it weren't for them" this statement is contradicted by her websites terms of service stating united states residents only potentially discriminating her overseas fanbase

In summary, the problem is a deliberate policy choice by the website's operators, not a fixable technical glitch on your end. The creator would need to change the terms of service to allow international subscribers before you would be able to access the restricted content.

Coco Quinn has a global fanbase as suggested by her social media following, her website since its launch has been a complete chaotic platform since it launched in April 2025 and its been right from the start complete chaos for her overseas fans, there is no alternate way of viewing this exclusive content only on her website, she has a global fanbase but her website contradicts that.

Conclusion:

She could make a live video, explaining her websites nature and local target to united states fans only and why her overseas fans can't subscribe to her website and look at the exclusive content that's conveniently locked. This won't have any effect on her former fanbase overseas. It would be possibly too late to win them back. Some of her fans overseas have moved on this may have been done as a strategic choice by coco quinn and her team in turn this has cost her her fanbase overseas who where i/we reside have moved on.

In Depth

Misleading Promotion:

Coco Quinn promotes her website across social media and doesn't mention any of this, instead people across social media that are following her will be encouraged to visit and subscribe to a website unbeknown to them they cant subscribe if

(A) their under 18***

(B) they don't live in the united states or any of its territories.

This promotion is Misleading,* this may not be a fault of Coco Quinn herself, she may not be aware of her websites terms of service, and what it says. As Coco is currently under 18, she wont have signed a legal binding contract with Coy Creator, this will have been done by her family and Coy Creator. It is the websites owner, creator to make sure the terms of service is understood by both parties, and any promotion of Coco Quinn's website needs to be more transparent, as it is it is not, Coco has and still is promoting it by invitation for all her social media followers to just go and chat with her on her website, this requires subscription and its united states only that hasn't been disclosed by coco quinn herself.

Her YouTube account is now dormant, she hasn't used it in months, her music and content from social media has shifted to an exclusive subscription model on her website which is for united states only, which is sad news for her overseas fans whom some have now become former overseas fans. Her new music may no longer be found on YouTube, this will be exclusive to her website as this is a subscription website subscription only, however whether any new music will appear on Spotify is unclear Spotify offers a free account and a premium service also.

Her website has now got viewable content which users can comment and like, however it still remains a paywalled website offering exclusive content unavailable anywhere else not even available on her social media, its only available to united states fans only, which is suggesting that her fanbase has narrowed to a united states model only and no longer a global brand. She continues to promote it across social media to an audience 9million+ and only a minority will be able to subscribe to her website. Her website is paradoxical in part.

*False advertising can be illegal:

It is against the law to make false, deceptive, or misleading claims about products or services in advertising, and it can lead to penalties like fines, prosecution, or even imprisonment. Regulations in place to prevent this include consumer protection laws and advertising standards that require ads to be honest and accurate, as well as preventing them from being misleading. Transparency is key Coco Quinn needs to be more realistic with her advertising of her brand (her website etc)

*Illegal practice:

Businesses etc, are not allowed to make false, deceptive, or misleading claims about their products or services. This includes misleading consumers through false or deceptive messages, omitting important information, or using aggressive sales techniques. Implying that their website is available to global audience when in fact it is not, for example via their social media to a global audience.

***Parental/Adult Consent:

A minor can have a sibling over 18 with a credit card, or a parent, subscribe for them, is a standard way for these companies to legally accommodate younger users while ensuring that a legally responsible adult manages the financial transaction and agrees to the terms.

Current Situation:

The current situation, where social media promotions reach a global audience but the destination website is restricted, can lead to significant fan frustration and brand reputation damage. A brand she built up with not just a united states audience fanbase but a global one also giving the size of her social media following which is thought to be around 9 million or more. A substantial amount will be international, however discriminated by her website by not being able to subscribe due to them not being united states residents but misleadingly directed to her website under false sense of belief they could subscribe this is all down to lack of transparency on coco quinn or her team/management part. Anyone visiting coco quinn online first will have noticed we have added a notice to the Site stating that unless you are a united states resident you can't subscribe to the website, some may have already seen coco quinns promotion of her website and not be aware users have to be united states residents only this is found in the websites terms of service this needs to be stated elsewhere on the website not everyone reads the terms of service or privacy policy in the privacy policy it states our website isn't intended for children under 18 this is contradicted by its model who in turn is 17 which is potentially a contradiction also in the terms of service her website is available to users who are 18 and over coco quinn is 17, which means its not suitable for her as she is under her websites target age.

Important Message!

This is not funny!

2, November 2025

Okay there has been people! sending me feedback, regarding activities by coco quinn and Nolen Dubuc, i have seen some social media speculation, surrounding them! i myself do not have TikTok, however I know people including, family members that do, and they have showed me all this. Coco Quinn is quite active on social media with her friends she has guy friends, as well as female friends, and the speculation is overwhelming, a bit neither coco or Nolen, have responded to this 'who let the shippers out' This happened before, in may when coco did that live video with her ex gavin magnus, it went into a frenzy then in September coco uploaded a video of someone wearing a hoodie, picking her up and carrying her with a song by Beyonce, this is a trend I am told I don't know, I don't have TikTok. Social Media is okay but it is home to shippers, and I am not a fan of shipping, as most of what's being shipped, isn't true so bear in mind , what's fun for the shippers isn't always necessarily, fun for the people, who are being shipped this could cause humiliation, and could damage, their reputation, so its always a sensible, thing to be mindful of, other people.

Also someone some idiot, has seen fit to add Coco and Nolen being in a relationship to coco quinns imdb profile, someone contacted me, and sent me a link, thankyou very much for that,. I have now gone to imdb and requested they remove it, as no such relationship between Coco and Nolen has been officially confirmed, i hate this so called shipping thing with every fibre of my being, its nothing but a headache, for people especially, the ones that are being shipped, so once again people, keep it sensible, coco quinn online has had overwhelming feedback! again and I am getting tired of it now. If I get anymore, from now on, i will be blocking! people  I don't want to obviously, but I have to control this and try and put a stop to it.

To the shipper's this has gone on long enough!

Also just to remind people, i have said this before, not going to keep on saying this. This website 'Coco Quinn online' does not link to Coco Quinn's website

(A) This is due to it's locked content which we do not know what it is and we are treating it as suspicious, for now anyway.

(B) The websites geographical restriction as stated in her websites terms of service united States only which potentially discriminates her overseas fanbase, and i do not like this.

(C) The websites promotion, suggests everyone can subscribe, this is not fact and its only United States, and any of its territories can subscribe. The promotion of the website doesn't disclose the actual subscription requirements, leaving people being directed to a website under false pretences thinking they can subscribe to a website that promises exclusive content, when infact they will be left annoyed, disappointed and, confused.

TikTok:

Her official TikTok, yes you read correctly 'official' this contains video's with explicit lyrics that is inappropriate for younger audiences, and i have made the decision to not link to the TikTok account, some audiences would be offended particularly parents, someone has to take responsibility, this content however doesn't appear on her official Instagram. Coco Quinn could have given people a heads up about her TikTok account containing video's with explicit lyrics as at the end of the day it is her responsibility or she will suffer backlash from parents that could be monitoring their child's TikTok. She hasn't mentioned this as with her website being united states location restricted and she promotes it as though it isn't.

Requirements:

18 years of age for legal regulations, due to subscription model credit card payment processing.

reside in the United States and any of its surrounding territories, something Coco Quinn hasn't mentioned she just says 'come say hi' then a link to her website which is neither here or there, and what message does that give this is very vague.

4, November 2025

Imdb have now removed, the relationship speculation from the trivia section on Coco Quinns IMDB profile, IMDB, must ask for people to confirm and where they get their information from, this is flaw in their system, the fact that unconfirmed information can be added to someone's IMDB profile without evidence, is clear proof of that. Shipping unfortunately is happening a lot now, what's fun for the shippers isn't necessarily  fun for the person or persons being shipped. I have now stopped the speculation from being spread from IMDB.

IMDB: Internet Movie Database.

IMDB is an online database of information about films, television shows, and video games, including cast, crew, plot summaries, and reviews. It is one of the most popular and visited websites in the world and a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Users can find movies and shows to watch, check ratings, read news, and participate in fan communities.

freelance reporters and media professionals often use IMDb as an initial research tool for factual data like filmographies, project statuses, and professional contacts (via IMDbPro).

How Reporters Use IMDb:

Fact-Finding: Journalists might use IMDb to quickly check an actor's past projects, upcoming film release dates, or an individual's professional history.

Background Information: The site helps provide context for a story or to generate initial leads on which agent or publicist to contact for official comment or an interview.

Industry Tool (IMDbPro): The subscription service, IMDbPro, is widely used in the industry for accessing detailed, verified production data and contact information for representatives, which is essential for professional outreach.

Keeping Things Sensible:

So its always, a sensible idea to not to add  ridiculous contributions to IMDB that aren't necessarily true as this could end up in the media and can or could be humiliating or annoying, for the actor/singer etc. I am going to be monitoring Coco's imdb profile now to make sure that nothing false is added to her profile if its true fine but if its false NO!

Website Owner & Creator

Coco Quinn's Website Subscription

Coco Quinn, launched her website in April 2025, she has been promoting it across her social media, however her promotion isn't consistent, with her websites terms of service, as stated in the websites terms of service for subscription purposes you need to be 18, and also be a united states resident. This is something that Coco Quinn, isn't disclosing, this is irresponsible, as people across her social media thought to be around 10 million in total will be driven to her website and under the impression the can subscribe they can if they meet these two requirements. Something Coco Quinn has never disclosed. This leads her international fans confused and frustrated as they have been misled by a promotion that doesn't make sense as the website is restricted to united states subscribers only.

Coco has said on teen access she said "I love my fans, they've been with me right from the start, these fans will certainly be as old, as Coco or, around her age, we're going to say, even maybe 15 years of age, or older will, most certainly be, discriminated by their age, as they're under 18 which isn't fair as they themselves have been with Coco from the start she explained "they keep me going"  well they're not going to keep her going now are they as a lot of fans are international and have been left out by this websites stringent subscription gold fish bowled walled garden funnel system 'your names not down on the list you are not coming in'.

Her constant promotion of her website across, various social media platforms, is frustrating for a lot of her follower's she needs to take responsibility. As a lot of her followers wont be able to subscribe due to them not residing in America.

What Coco Quinn hasn't disclosed to her followers across social media!

(A) Users have to be 18 years of age or older for legal regulations. (coco quinn is 17, 16 at the time of her websites launch)

(B) Be a united states resident or reside in any of its territories. (this excludes a huge proportion of her fanbase, they would have been there when she started her career and not just with an American fanbase, when the cavin era was around they both built up a global following)

This is a misleading promotion that implies anyone can come and chat with her on her website, this is not fact they simply can't due to geo restriction to the united states only so why is she promoting her website in this way.

She's either:

(A) Unaware of the websites restriction to the USA only, she hasn't been made aware of it.

(B) Ignorant

Her Global brand isn't as global, due to the websites geo restriction as stated in her websites terms of service that its for united states residents only.

Here is a crucial point:

To operate as a global brand, you must act like one. and as of late her brand has changed direction it has become restricted by her website narrow reach a funnel subscription a walled garden system that excludes all her fanbase out side of the united states her content is now an exclusive for hr website no content will be uploaded simultaneously to her social media so her fanbase outside of the united states will be kept out of the loop they wont be getting updates on Coco's day to day activities as all this is now tiered on her website there are various ones there is a higher subscription $500 a year which i am uncertain how many subscribers have there is a $9.99 a month which is said to be the most popular subscription package. It's not the websites design i don't like its the walled garden one dimensional side of it and the restricted to united states only so what her other fanbase outside of the united states are supposed to do then i don't know where i reside fans have moved on as they wont get access to see coco's exclusive content and the behind the scenes activities etc so coco has lost fans overseas and there is nothing i can do to stop this and i don't think she can neither as the damage is already done coco hasn't really posted anything much on her Instagram as of late its reserved for her website which this website doesn't link to it also doesn't link to her social media neither there is a joint TikTok spam account created by coco and Nolen Dubuc, i was made aware of a live video they did recently i was shown by some friends they were eating what looked like ice cream or something and the language wasn't appropriate as coco's fans aren't all her age there is evidence that she has fans younger than her i learnt of a cameo birthday greeting she did for someone i am not disclosing the persons age due to legal regulations but they wouldn't be old enough for social media i was a bit surprised someone their age would know who coco quinn was she thanked them for loving her music.

Update:

There has been some changes to her website, on the feed there is now viewable content as well as locked content, the viewable content visitors can post comments on however you have to subscribe, which means again united States only so this isn't serving any purpose for those who can't subscribe, and there isn't any alternate way of interacting with Coco in the same way viewing exclusive content on her website this will cost her her international fanbase as they can't subscribe to her website her best content has now gone private a global brand has become a local brand due to this her brand shouldn't be considered anymore as a global brand.

I would like to point out i am not stopping people from subscribing that is their choice, however you need to be an American Resident, this website of hers is discriminating an international fanbase that also helped put her where she is now.

"I love my fans, they've been with me right from the start, they keep me going"

this is no longer the case as most wont be keeping her going her global brand has gone it is United States only!

Coco Quinn's website promotion strategy on social media creates an impression of universal access, despite the U.S.-only restriction, which has led to criticism from her international fanbase where I reside.

Key points about her website and subscription model include:

Widespread Promotion:

Coco Quinn promotes her website across all her social media platforms, suggesting to her nine million followers worldwide that all of them can subscribe.

This approach is aimed at maximizing subscriptions, but the geographic restriction excludes a large segment of her potential audience.

Viewable Content and Commenting:

The website now features viewable, public content, similar to social media feeds. However, to engage with this content by posting comments, users face a paywall.

Subscription Tiers:

The site offers different subscription tiers, including a basic free one. It is not clear whether the free package allows users to comment on the viewable content, as its been mentioned a paywall is required for commenting.

Fan Discontent:

'Some international fans are frustrated by being excluded from a website that is heavily promoted to them via social media'.

The requirement to potentially pay to comment, an action typically free on platforms like Instagram, adds to the perception of inaccessibility and a disregard for her global audience.

Legal Insight Coco Quinn's Website

The Terms of Service for coco quinns website explicitly impose strict geographic and age restrictions, creating a significant disparity with how the site is promoted.

The terms state:

"This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site."

'This is contradicted by coco quinns age she's under 18.'

This confirms that, despite having a global social media reach of nearly 10 million followers, the official subscription service promoted across these platforms is legally restricted to an American audience aged 18 or over.

The practical implications of this are as you suspected:

International fans are excluded, users outside the US (and its territories) are explicitly forbidden from using the site according to the terms.

Misleading promotion:

Promoting the site universally to a global audience without clear disclaimers about these restrictions can lead to frustration and a sense of exclusion among international fans.

Legal/Operational reasons:

These restrictions are typically put in place to comply with specific US laws and regulations, as well as to simplify payment processing, tax issues, and other logistical challenges of running an international business.

The combination of the automated nature of the "1-on-1 chat" feature and these explicit geographic restrictions highlights the significant disconnect between the inclusive marketing approach and the restricted reality of the service offered.

The contradiction lies in the following points:

Website Terms of Service:

The site explicitly states it is for users who "are 18 years of age or older" and reside in the US or its territories.

Coco Quinn's Age:

Coco Quinn herself is 17 years old.

Legal Implications:

The website is a paid subscription service using monetization, which typically requires users (and presumably, the legal entity behind the content creator) to be 18 or over to handle credit card transactions and form binding contracts.

Parental/Management involvement:

Because she is a minor, her social media accounts and business dealings are managed by her mother or a management team.

The terms of service are likely in place to protect the management company from legal liabilities associated with directly engaging with minors or operating outside specific jurisdictions.

This situation creates a confusing and exclusionary dynamic where the target audience (likely young fans under 18) and the star herself do not meet the legal criteria set by the very platform designed to connect them.

The website essentially creates a legal barrier that prevents the core audience from using the service as intended.

Celebrities and influencers have a responsibility to be transparent about their business operations, especially when dealing with a young and impressionable audience.

The way coco quinns website is promoted appears to be misleading due to the clear contradictions identified

Global Promotion vs. Geographic Restriction:

The site is promoted to a worldwide audience across social media, but the Terms of Service legally restrict access to US residents aged 18 or older.

"1-on-1 Chat" Misrepresentation: The "1-on-1" chat feature is likely an automated service, not a genuine personal interaction with the star.

Age Inconsistencies:

Neither the creator herself (who is 17) nor a large segment of her likely young fanbase meet the website's minimum age requirement of 18.

Many people would agree that!

Transparency is crucial:

Promotions should clearly state limitations regarding age and location so fans do not feel deceived or excluded.

Clear Disclaimers are needed:

A simple disclaimer on social media posts about the US-only and 18+ nature of the site could manage expectations and be more ethical.

Protecting Young Fans:

Misleading promotional tactics can exploit the loyalty and trust of young fans who may not fully understand legal terms and conditions.

Ultimately, decisions regarding business practices and promotional strategies rest with Coco Quinn's management and the company operating the website.

While the current approach may generate traffic and revenue, it also risks alienating international and younger fans who discover they are unable to participate.

"transparency is key"!

Paradoxical Website:

The key contradictions that create this paradox are:

Age Discrepancy:

The website's Terms of Service explicitly state, "You must be 18 or older to use the Platform". However, the individual who the website is about and who is actively using and promoting it (Coco Quinn) is only 17 years old.

Promotion vs. Restriction:

Coco Quinn promotes the website widely across social media, implying general accessibility, while the service is restricted to users within the United States only.

Content Creation vs. Age Limit:

She uses the platform to interact with her subscribers and share content, effectively being the central figure, despite not meeting the site's own minimum age requirement to be a user or subscriber herself.

This situation is paradoxical because the platform's primary purpose—to provide a space for Coco Quinn to connect with her subscribers—conflicts directly with the age restrictions outlined in its legal terms, and its public promotion clashes with its geographical limitations.

TikTok Account

Coco and Nolen should have advised people that the new TikTok account contains material inappropriate for younger children the new TikTok account features a live video of them both using foul language. Coco isn't particularly good at that hence her promotion of her website over her social media she hasn't explained that her website is only for American subscribers only, seen as she hasn't disclosed this i have done it for her. This new TikTok account contains video's that are rather suggestive

This is a responsible website that supports The Online Safety Act 2023. The United states has its version which is known as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and COPPA 2.0:

COPPA 2.0 refers to a proposed expansion and update of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) to extend protections for online data collection to minors under 17, not just under 13.

COPPA and its international scope:

COPPA  is against at least one foreign company with a significant US userbase, securing a $5.7 million settlement against the Chinese company Byte Dance over their TikTok app.

Parental Control TikTok Children's Safety:

TikTok has a restricted mode this allows parents to control what their children see and what they don't see. All it needs is a bit of responsibility on coco quinns part but she hasn't shown that and she needs to as if not she might end up becoming untrustworthy.

To turn Restricted Mode on or off: (TikTok)

In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.

Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.

Tap Content preferences.

Tap Restricted Mode.

Follow the steps in the app to set or enter a passcode, then turn Restricted Mode on or off.

There is an acceptable amount of content that children should be allowed to see, and there is also and acceptable amount of content that they aren't allowed to see due to inappropriate content or language.

TikTok User's

Stfuafm - Dylankevitch this song appears on a video on coco quinin's official TikTok that fans younger than her can see this is inappropriate
Here is a summary of the issue regarding the song "Stfuafm" by Dylankevitch and how TikTok's policies address it.
The song "Stfuafm"
Explicit meaning:

The song's title is an acronym for an explicit phrase that is inappropriate for younger viewers. While the TikTok video that used the song may not include explicit content itself, the song's audio carries the mature theme.
Use on Coco Quinn's TikTok: As you pointed out, Coco Quinn did post a TikTok on October 10, 2025, using the song "Stfuafm - Dylankevitch" in a post that apologized to Nolen Dubuc. The nature of TikTok is that videos are often discovered on the "For You Page" by a wide range of users, including those under 18, so even if an account owner has older followers, the video can still reach younger audiences.
How TikTok handles explicit content:
TikTok has safety features designed to limit exposure to mature themes, but they rely on user settings and content flagging.
Restricted Mode:

A parent or guardian can enable "Restricted Mode" on a teen's account. This filters out content identified as having mature or complex themes, which can include music with explicit lyrics.
Age-gated content:

In some cases, TikTok itself age-restricts content it deems inappropriate for users under 18. However, the system is not perfect, and content with subtle or non-obvious explicit themes can slip through.
Reporting: TikTok encourages users to report any content they believe violates the Community Guidelines, including explicit audio. When a user reports a video with explicit content, it can trigger a review by human moderators.
Action you can take
If you encounter content on TikTok that you believe is inappropriate for younger audiences:
Report the video:

Use TikTok's in-app reporting feature to flag the video for a violation of the community guidelines.
Enable Restricted Mode:

If the concern is for a younger person using the app, enable Restricted Mode through the "Family Pairing" feature to limit their exposure to mature themes.

Subscribing to Coco Quinn's website.

29, October 2025

You might want to subscribe to coco quinns website if you are thinking of doing so you need to read this first.

Coco Quinn, is promoting her website, across her social media, she isn't disclosing, the following.

To subscribe:

(A) You need to be 18 years of age or older.

(B) Be a United States Resident, otherwise you can't subscribe to her website.

Coco Quinn contradicts the above by promoting the website over her social media platforms giving the impression that everybody can subscribe.

Using a VPN is not reliable, this might make you appear to be in another country, then there's your credit card, that links to your actual countries bank or credit card issuer.

This can cause problems for payment processing.

Your bank's fraud detection systems may flag the transaction as suspicious due to the location mismatch between your IP address and your billing address.

Here's a breakdown of why that happens and the issues that can arise:

What the bank sees:

Your bank's fraud detection system monitors for unusual activity to protect your account. When you use a VPN, your internet traffic is routed through a server in another location, masking your true IP address.

The bank then sees the following conflicting information:

IP Address (virtual location):

The IP address is tied to the VPN server, which could be in a completely different country from where you are physically located.

Billing Address:

This is your actual home address in your country.

Card Issuer:

The transaction is processed through a bank in your country.

This location mismatch can be a red flag for the bank. They may see an issued card from another country making a purchase from an IP address in, for instance, the USA.

This is often an indicator of potential fraud, such as a stolen card or an account takeover.

Potential problems for payment processing

Declined transactions:

As a security measure, the bank may automatically decline the transaction to protect your account from potential fraud.

Locked or suspended account: Your bank may temporarily lock or suspend your account until they can verify the transaction with you.

This can be particularly frustrating if it happens while you're abroad.

Additional verification:

The bank may require extra verification steps, such as sending a one-time code to your mobile phone or email, which can be inconvenient and delay your purchase.

Interference with multi-factor authentication (MFA):

Some VPNs can interfere with the verification codes or security steps required by your bank.

This can lead to access issues even if you have a valid reason for using a VPN.

I get that people will want to subscribe to coco quinns website but unfortunately unless you reside in the United states or any of its territories then you won't be able to subscribe. Coco Quinn seems to be using her website more now than her social media and the idea of her website is to provide exclusive content that wont be able to be seen anywhere else even on social media her social media Prescence isn't as active since her website launch the sad thing is not everyone following her across social media will be able to view the exclusive content which is sad news for her fans.

Here is why!:  (a reminder)

To subscribe:

(A) You need to be 18 years of age or older.

(B) Be a united states resident, otherwise you can't subscribe to her website.

If you do not meet the above requirements then its had luck

There are a lot of fans where i reside that are angry and shocked by this especially by coco's asinine promotion of the website. Most of her fanbase will miss out on current content and future content as its now exclusive to her website Coco isn't using her social media as much well not for anything useful to her followers they won't be kept up to date with her day to day activities all this is now on her website that requires a subscription according to Coco and her promotion of her website its a global subscription and we all know that's not fact.***

Coco Quinn's promotion of her website, across her social media, without disclosing the restriction is ridiculous, this is going to drive people to a website under a false sense of belief, that they're going to be able to subscribe, and get access to exclusive content this is misleading people, if you live outside the united states, then obviously you need to ignore her promotion, of her website as its not targeted at you regardless of you being a fan. In the privacy policy on coco's website it sates our website isn't intended for children under 18 Coco Quinn herself is under 18, this is another contradiction she is classed as a minor herself the terms of service and the privacy policy are paradoxical

Coco needs to state "United States Residents Only" on the feed on her website and not just in the terms of service, it would make her and the platform legally responsible for ensuring the promotion isn't considered misleading under consumer protection laws. And it would be more noticeable.

Coco Quinn Launched her website.

"A global brand with a local target"

April 2025, Coco Quinn launched her website she announced this on her Facebook 'So excited to announce that my new website is now live!! Come chat with me now' followed by a link to her website however she left something out its restricted to united states residents only yes you are all probably thinking 'Seriously'! this is a dumb promotion on her part.  International fans, many of whom have been loyal from the start, would follow the link with the expectation of joining the new platform. They would then be met with a frustrating wall of text explaining the U.S.-only restriction. This is specified in the websites terms of service, this directly contradicts the post's welcoming tone.

False promotion of a website can be problematic***, there is locked content on the website there are minors following Coco Quinn on her social media they will be driven to a website that requires people to be 18 and over to subscribe, minors shouldn't even visit her website as its aimed at adults only, then there is the locked content which is unknown as to what it actually is this is treated as suspicious and this website 'Coco Quinn Online' doesn't link to her website or any of her social media accounts due to the nature of her website.

I myself do not have TikTok, however i have friends that do and they showed me her official TikTok the content as of late they told me was increasingly becoming  more inappropriate, one video is of her with some guy sat on a bed singing a song which has explicit lyrics (Stfuafm - Dylankevitch) this is not a good example for her younger fans. Parents can use restricted mode on TikTok for their children.

Coco hasn't posted this video on her Instagram, however this can be harmful to children, as they have access to inappropriate content. This proves that Coco Quinn isn't mindful of who can view her content as her fanbase also consists of fans younger than her.

* Legal regulations in place all subscriptions require 18 and over

** this is down to the relevant sources to explain to Coco that the website she has got is restricted the website is operated primarily by Coy Creator they set out the terms of service on the website, It is their responsibility to oversee bow Coco Quinn promotes her website this can be damaging to Coy Creators reputation if she fails to promote her website realistically

*** False promotion of a website, or false advertising, is a serious issue that can have significant negative consequences for consumers, businesses, and the market. It involves using deceptive or misleading statements to entice consumers, which can lead to legal penalties, financial losses, and long-term reputational damage. When consumers discover they have been misled, their trust in the brand is broken. This can lead to scepticism not only toward the offending company (coco quinns website brand) but toward the company who built her website coy creator they will be dragged into the fold because they built the website and its terms of service haven't been met.

This website 'Coco Quinn Online' supports children's safety online.

The Online Safety Act 2023

25th July, 2025 Online Safety Bill

The paradox of Coco Quinn's age and her website's restrictions:

Privacy policy contradiction:

As  noted, the website's privacy policy states, "Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age."

Terms of service contradiction:

The terms of service state that users must be "18 years of age or older" to use the site.

Coco Quinn's status as a user:

Since Coco Quinn herself is the primary subject of the website's content and interaction, she is a user of the website. At the time of the site's launch in April 2025, she was 16. Even now, at 17, she is still under 18.

This means the very person the site is named after and based on would be barred from using it according to its own rules.

The broader implications of this paradox:

Brand hypocrisy:

This is a clear case of brand hypocrisy. A website that is explicitly designed to be a personal hub for a minor is simultaneously legally restricting minors from using it. This is a massive oversight by her management.

Legal liability:

This could create potential legal liability for her management. If the website's rules are not followed or enforced, particularly regarding data privacy for minors, they could be in violation of laws like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, even if the website claims not to be for children. The fact that Coco Quinn herself was a minor at the time of launch, and remains one, makes this an especially sensitive issue.

Erosion of legitimacy:

This legal and ethical contradiction completely erodes the legitimacy of the official website and, by extension, the professional image of Coco Quinn's management. It shows an extreme lack of care and attention to detail.

Misleading Promotion:

Since it's launch in April 2025 the website has been promoted across her social media platforms without disclosing the legal subscription age requirements which all legal regulations require people to be 18 or over, also subscribers must be residents of the united States and any of its territories this failure in the promotion can cause annoyance for her fanbase which also exists overseas. They will be led into a false sense of belief that they can subscribe to a website and gain access to exclusive content.

VPN use for overseas fans:

Over seas fans would try to subscribe using a VPN let me explain if they try to do this.

It's possible that the promotion of coco quinns website to a UK audience could bring the website under the scrutiny of UK regulators, including Ofcom. The core issue is the misleading practice of advertising a service to a global audience when it is only accessible to U.S. residents.

Here is an explanation of the potential regulatory implications:

The Online Safety Act and Ofcom's jurisdiction

UK users and target markets:

Under the UK's Online Safety Act, Ofcom has powers to regulate websites and online services that have a significant number of UK users or target the UK market, regardless of where the service is based.

Misleading promotions:

By promoting the website on social media platforms accessible in the UK, the cocorquinn.com brand is, in effect, targeting the UK market. The failure to disclose the geo-restriction in its social media promotions could be seen as a misleading omission of material information.

Protecting UK children:

Given the contradiction in the website's terms regarding users under 18, Ofcom, which has duties to protect children online, might find the situation particularly concerning. The website's promotion of interaction with a minor (Coco Quinn) while simultaneously blocking users under 18 from subscribing creates a significant Gray area in its stated safety protocols.

UK consumer protection laws

Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPUTRs):

These regulations prohibit misleading actions and omissions by traders. Promoting a subscription service to a global audience without clearly stating that it's only for U.S. users could be considered a misleading action.

ASA and CAP regulations:

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) oversee UK advertising and can take action against brands that make misleading claims, even if they are based overseas. They could find the social media promotion of the website to be a breach of the advertising code, especially since it concerns a young person.

Competition and Markets Authority (CMA):

The CMA, which now has enhanced powers under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, enforces consumer protection law. It can issue large fines for misleading commercial practices.

How the UK could claim jurisdiction:

For an American website to fall under UK jurisdiction, regulators like Ofcom or the CMA would need to prove that the service is "targeting" the UK market. The consistent, unconditional promotion of coco quinns website on globally accessible social media platforms like Facebook, where there is a known UK following, would serve as compelling evidence that the UK is a target market.

The false promotion of the website and the legal paradoxes it contains could indeed expose Coco Quinn's management to regulatory action in the UK. This is another consequence of a flawed strategy that prioritizes short-term gain over long-term brand integrity and ethical consistency.

VPN Usage:

This is useful for some things when you are online but for trying to gain a subscription to subscribe to coco quinns website the payment processing would be a problem as a credit card linking back to a country that mismatches your VPN I.P address. I do not recommend this for this kind of internet activity.

Polite Notice to visitor's

Coco Quinn & Nolen Dubuc Join forces in new TikTok

22, October 2025

Coco Quinn & Nolen Dubuc have made a join TikTok recently both of them are seen together which seems to be attracting gossip about a possible romance between the both this hasn't been confirmed by either Coco Quinn or Nolen Dubuc, they have known each other for years Coco Nolen and Emily Dobson have been collaborating on social media for several years.

Romance Rumours: Nothing has been confirmed by Coco or Nolen, regarding romance, people are making assumptions just because they see two people together, as it seems that two people can't be friends anymore they're automatically dating because they're seen out together hanging out this has also happened to me and it gets a bit boring after a while, one dimensional thinking on peoples behalf.

Okay if you have TikTok yourselves then you can go check it out i personally don't have TikTok i don't like it. Coco Quinn has the link on her official TikTok.

 Website Notice

25, September 2025

Coco Quinn's Website, requires as stated in her websites terms of service, people to be 18, and over for legal regulations, and be a resident of the United States. 'Coco Quinn is promoting her website over social media and the way she does it contradicts, the websites terms of service. She makes it appear that anyone can subscribe to her website. People will be misled into a false hope they can subscribe and interact with Coco on her website it's for American residents only'.

A global brand, but local infrastructure:

Her career was built with fans from all over the world, but her monetization strategy focused exclusively on the U.S. market. This is a fundamental contradiction.

Using A VPN:

If you use a VPN to access a geo-restricted website can affect credit card payment processing, as the mismatch between your VPN's IP address and your credit card's country of origin can trigger fraud detection systems, leading to a declined transaction. Both the website's payment gateway and your issuing bank can block the payment, but this can sometimes be avoided if the website uses gift cards or allows you to pay with cryptocurrency, or if your bank doesn't block VPN traffic.

This is factual and we are not trying to mislead anyone ourselves. it is not very wise to use a VPN in this way.

Using a credit card with a VPN server set to a different country can cause a payment to be blocked or declined. This happens because the merchant's anti-fraud system detects a mismatch between your IP address (changed by the VPN) and the billing address linked to your credit card.

How the credit card mismatch blocks payments:

Most online merchants use an Address Verification Service (AVS) to prevent credit card fraud. This process compares the billing address you enter during a transaction with the one on file with your bank or credit card issuer. When a mismatch occurs, it can trigger a flag in the system.

A conflicting location will trigger a fraud alert in these scenarios:

IP address doesn't match billing address: When you use a VPN, your IP address appears to be from a different country. If you try to make a purchase with a credit card billed to an address in your home country, the AVS detects that the IP location doesn't match the card's registered billing address.

Virtual Cards:

Using a virtual card with a false US address to subscribe to coco quinns website or any other geo restricted website is a form of fraud. This action constitutes "fraud by false representation". It involves dishonestly making a false representation (the fake address) with the intent to gain access to a service (the subscription) that you otherwise wouldn't be able to.

International transaction flagging:

A transaction that appears to originate from a different country than where the card is issued can be flagged as suspicious by both the merchant and your bank, which can result in the payment being denied.

Location-based security:

Some banks, particularly for mobile payments, have a "location-based security" feature. They compare your phone's last known location with the transaction's location. If the two don't match, the payment is declined to protect against theft.

Linking:

This website 'Coco Quinn Online, isn't linking to coco quinns website, due to obvious reasons, the age gate is 18+ the content is locked and is unknown as to what it actually is and we are following guidelines for online safety. Coco Quinn Online has a different age gate 14~adult and as we do not know what her content actually is we aren't linking to a website which is suspicious due to its content there is not viewable content there is of late headshots of coco on her websites feed however each description under the headshot is encouraging people to subscribe she is asking people to DM her which requires subscription.

International fanbase exclusion:

The international fanbase was intentionally excluded from the content being promoted. This makes social media promotional  posts not just misleading, but a deception.

Misleading marketing:

By promoting the US-only website to her international fanbase, across her social media, Coco Quinn and the platform  are engaged in a misleading commercial practice. This is a "misleading omission"  they omit the crucial detail about the service's unavailability to a non-US audience.

Correcting the promotion:

Directly addressing the "content is exclusive to her website" statement, admitting that it was a mistake promoting her website like this not disclosing her websites geo restriction to united states only. Coco Quinn is promoting the website as if its not geo-restricted. This deliberate or negligent omission is the source of the betrayal felt by her international fans.

Ignore The Promotion:

If you live outside the united states and any of its territories, then you wont be able to subscribe to coco quinns website she should have mentioned this in her promotion across social media however she obviously chose not to and this is regarded as ignorance on her part, her promotion of her website is misleading people into thinking, that they can subscribe to her website promising exclusive content unavailable elsewhere this is poking fun at her non united states fanbase as she is clearly being unfair to her global fanbase as no one outside the united states can subscribe and view the exclusive content and as this content is only available on her website this adds to the frustration for her global fanbase.

Fanbase divided:

Fans where we reside have started to move on as they find this a 'stab in the back' thing, a walled garden funnel website that has restricted access a global brand in a goldfish bowl a one dimensional website with a one dimensional agenda that discriminates non American residents outside of the United States. The fans have decided! and taken appropriate action a loss of fanbase overseas is what we're seeing.

Misleading Website Promotion over social media

24, September 2025

This promotion 'perpetuates' the false 'premise' (assumption) that her website is an accessible extension of her social media presence for all her followers. By failing to mention the US-only restriction, 'she is actively misinforming her audience and encouraging them to click a link that will lead to disappointment for anyone residing outside the United States'.

Coco and her team need to show transparency as followers are being directed to a website that is 'inaccessible to anyone outside the united states'. The company who built her website is based in New York.

Also if you use a VPN to access a geo-restricted website can affect credit card payment processing, as the mismatch between your VPN's IP address and your credit card's country of origin can trigger fraud detection systems, leading to a declined transaction. Both the website's payment gateway and your issuing bank can block the payment, but this can sometimes be avoided if the website uses gift cards or allows you to pay with cryptocurrency, or if your bank doesn't block VPN traffic.

Subscription is restricted to the United States Only. As it states in the terms of service on Coco Quinn's website its limited to United States Only Subscription is 18+ for legal regulations.

Users under 18 can have a parent to subscribe for them which is a common thing as it states on the website 18 and over. Then there's the case of the Geo Restriction to the united states only, which in turn has been left out of coco quinns promotion over her social media.

Here are the requirements to subscribe to Coco Quinn's website.

You must be 18 years of age as legal regulations require signing a legal binding contract which is common in subscription ie phone contracts and Netflix for example require 18 and over.

Here's the big one!

'You must be a resident of the United States or any of its territories or possessions!.'

Something Coco Quinn didn't mention on her promotion of her website over social media this will lead people into a false sense of hope that they can go and subscribe to a website that is geo restricted to a country they don't reside in. Any country that's not a territory of America will be excluded from subscription as Coco Quinn's promotion contradicts that. People that live outside the USA and its territories you can't subscribe to 'Coco Quinns Website' as its not available to anyone outside of the the United States. Which will be frustrating for her fans outside America that have been misled by a promotion on Coco Quinns social media this could have a long lasting effect and cause some backlash on international fans as they will have supported her since day one as well this will go back to her early years and not forgetting the 'Cavin' era only now to be found being discriminated by a website that is geo restricted this website contains content not available anywhere else meaning her fans outside America will be missing out on. Her persistence on social media promoting her wesbite encouraging her followers to visit a website that is geo locked to probably a huge following are going to be disappointed as they are not American residents. This will cause disappointment, confusion and they will then start to give feedback and probably wont be good which is what Coco and her team do not need.

Coco is said to have friends in Brazil they won't be able to subscribe to her website as they too themselves are included in the geo restriction and other countries are being discriminated against being able to subscribe and adding Coco's promotion over her social media is confusing for overseas fans and followers over her Instagram.

As her website contains exclusive content and no one will be able to access it outside of the United States this could have a potential impact on her fanbase overseas and possibly causing them to move on as some already have.

Sometimes geo restricting is done as a business choice but its not always the best route to take as it can have a long lasting effect.

I don't personally myself, approve of geo restricted websites as they are a form of discrimination to all other countries outside its home country and its territories.

Coco Quinn Online could have been geo locked but i/we don't believe in that.

The sites Fanclub and forum even though we are not excluding American residents from joining  we do encourage they subscribe to Coco Quinns Website Primarily before joining this website's 'Coco Quinn Online' Fanclub and Forum.

First of all we are not stopping people from subscribing to Coco Quinns website that's up to the subscriber their decision. However they need to reside in the United States.

Websites that are geo locked or geo blocked/Restricted i disapprove of

Coco Quinn's website was launched in April 2025, Coco immediately announced on her social media that she was so excited to launch her website sounds appealing yes it does fans of their idol were excited when they saw her announcement however she left something out and is still doing so when she promotes her website including on her Instagram stories "come say hi" followed by a link to her website this is very inviting isn't it actually it's misleading as let me explain her website is subscription which requires subscribers to be 18 or older, also subscribers have to be American Residents only, as stated in her websites terms of service this is left out on the promotion of her website, meaning social media followers are going to be led to believe that they can go to her website and subscribe when if they're under 18 and not an American resident then they can't subscribe which this is mis advertising Coco Quinn herself has said go check out my website the whole promotion of her website is misleading as she implies that anyone can join.

The terms of service indicate 18 and over due to subscription, and geolocked to United States only many will see this as Coco quinn only has fans in the United States. I am not against Coco Quinn personally. I am against geo locked websites as they exclude other countries. Promoting a website without disclosing it's age gate and geo lock is seen as deception. This website 'Coco Quinn Online'

wasn't built to discriminate other countries via geo locking in fact i do not like it. Fans where i reside are moving on which i guess is plausible as they can't subscribe to Coco Quinns website due to its nature its age gate for legal regulations only but then there's the geo locking.

Building a website and restrict is to its home country is all very well a business decision no doubt however there is a bigger picture this excludes a percentage of her fanbase outside the united states her websites revenue is solely United States this can be seen by fans or followers on social media this will imply  she only has fans in the United States only. I have been advised by my team that some of Coco's fans have moved on which is very unfortunate fans that maybe have been with her right from the start

"people are going to be misled by thinking that they can subscribe to Coco Quinns website due to mis advertising when in fact the website is geo locked or geo blocked to the united states only" this  do not approve of.

ASA Website

let me explain........

Here's why this constitutes deception:

Wasting consumer time and effort: A user who clicks on an ad expects to see the advertised product or service. Encountering an undisclosed barrier like an age gate or geo-lock is a frustrating experience that wastes their time.

Misrepresentation of availability: Advertising a website without mentioning geographical restrictions suggests that the content is available to a global or broad audience. A person who discovers that the service is blocked in their region has been misled about the product's availability.

Misleading promotions: In cases where age gates are legally required for products like alcohol, gambling, or adult content, failing to disclose this restriction is a serious breach of advertising and consumer protection regulations.

Violation of advertising codes: Regulatory bodies like the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) prohibit advertisers from omitting material information that could lead consumers to make different decisions.

Legal risks: Companies that engage in such practices risk legal and financial penalties. For example, the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) mandates transparency in online advertising, and the UK's Online Safety Act imposes large fines for non-compliance with age-verification rules.

Damaging user experience and brand reputation: When consumers are blocked by unexpected barriers, they lose trust in the website and the brand. This can lead to increased bounce rates, negative reviews, and reputational damage.

Large international following: Coco Quinn has millions of followers across various social media platforms, but only a fraction of them are in the U.S.. By restricting subscriptions to a single country, she's essentially ignoring a large percentage of her total potential market.

Mismatched marketing: "Her promotions are global, visible to all of her followers, but the product is local. This misleads international fans into visiting the website, only to discover they are excluded at the point of subscription, leading to frustration and disengagement.

Inconsistent messaging: Previously the site had no viewable content and was for U.S. residents only has been contradicted by the current website, which features a public feed of selfies. This inconsistency creates confusion and erodes trust among her audience.

From a business perspective, the strategy is counterintuitive and likely to limit profitability. A wider, more inclusive market would naturally lead to more potential customers. The decision to restrict access, combined with a lack of transparent promotion, suggests a model that is poorly optimized for maximizing subscriber numbers.

The false hope for international fans: International followers, who may feel a strong Para social bond with Coco Quinn, are enticed by her promotion of her website. They are encouraged to pursue an exclusive interaction that is ultimately unavailable to them.

Public backlash: "Angry users are likely to express their negative experiences publicly on social media, review sites, and forums. A wave of negative comments can quickly damage her company's reputation and authenticity, a core element of effective social media marketing".

Feeling left behind: International fans who have supported her for years and now find themselves locked out of her new space will feel abandoned and disrespected. As this can motivate them to unfollow and withdraw their support.

Irresponsible marketing: Promoters and influencers are ethically and sometimes legally expected to be clear and transparent about the terms of their offers. Using a more intimate promotional phrase without also clarifying the geographic restriction is an irresponsible marketing practice that builds up false hope and disappoints a large portion of her fanbase.

The legal and ethical expectation is clear: Websites should be upfront and transparent about any restrictions that would prevent a user from accessing their content as advertised. For age-restricted content, this means using a clear disclaimer in the promotion itself. For geo-locked services, the restrictions should be explicitly stated so that consumers are not misled.

Algorithm punishment: Social media algorithms prioritize engagement. If a creator's posts are primarily directing people off-platform to a site they can't even join, the algorithm will likely demote their content. This could reduce her visibility even to the fans she still has, creating a feedback loop of declining engagement.

The walled garden effect:

By focusing exclusively on her self-contained website, Coco Quinn risks entering a walled garden where she can control her content but sacrifices the vast reach and organic growth of social media platforms. This is a strategic shift from audience acquisition to audience monetization

From Social Media To Website:

A very real risk for any creator transitioning their content to an exclusive, subscription-based model. Moving content off of free, globally accessible platforms and onto a 'website with geographic and age-based restrictions' could potentially alienate a significant portion of her fanbase.

The role of social media vs. a private website

Social media for broad reach:

Social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok are critical for creators because they have a massive, global reach and low barriers to entry. They serve as a vital marketing and discovery tool, allowing Coco Quinn to attract and engage with millions of potential fans for free. However there's a contradiction as no disclosure of age gate and American residents only this leads to people being misled to her website that they can't subscribe to due to them living outside the United states.

A website for monetization and deeper engagement:

A personal website with a subscription model is used for monetization. It's a way for creators to establish a more direct and reliable revenue stream than relying on ad revenue or brand deals. The website provides a space for exclusive content and a more intimate relationship with the most dedicated fans. Aren't they all dedicated fans 🙄

Social media as a funnel, not an endpoint:

Most creators don't abandon social media after launching a subscription site. Instead, they use social media as a "funnel" to drive traffic and attract paying subscribers to their website. Promotions across social media are designed to entice followers from the free platforms to the paid one. Contradictory here as not all followers can join this is primarily an assumption made to look like everyone can subscribe due to coco quinns promotion of her website this is misleading as it doesn't disclose the reality 18 or over to subscribe this is for legal regulations she is 17 a minor that's still promoting a website that's still 18 which is down to adults to subscribe then there is the restriction to Americans only potentially cutting out the rest of the world her international fanbase this implies that her entire fanbase are all American. When infact their not.

Broken trust: Failing to disclose geographic or age restrictions upfront in social media marketing can lead to frustration and a sense of being misled among international followers who feel they have been led on. The lack of transparency can erode fan trust and loyalty.

Diminished fan base:

Shifting all meaningful interactions to a restricted, self-contained website would mean abandoning the global community of fans who supported her growth on social media. This is especially true for younger fans (who are below the 18+ age limit) and those living in regions outside the United States.

Loss of visibility:

A reduction in social media activity could decrease overall visibility and platform algorithm support. This would make it harder for new fans to discover her, stunting future growth.

Sustaining growth:

The long-term health of a creator's brand depends on both a loyal, paying audience and a large, visible base of free followers. The larger social media following serves to draw in new potential subscribers. That depends on their location this website of hers is American Residents only.

Business vs. community:

The insight that "business comes first" is often true, but a smart business decision doesn't mean abandoning the free platforms entirely. It means strategically using them to serve the business, while being mindful of the impact on the community that built the brand. If Coco Quinn were to shift entirely, it would be a risky business strategy that could shrink her total addressable audience. She is promoting her website to an audience that do not all live in the United States she isn't being realistic with her promotion of her website.

Coco Quinns website subscription the reality

An assessment of Coco Quinn's updated website and social media strategy is accurate. The changes appear to be a tactic to navigate the issue over geo-locked content while still funnelling her audience toward paid subscriptions. This is misleading as subscriptions are for United States Residents only!. Something Coco Quinn hasn't mentioned whilst promoting her website over her social media platforms.

Here is a breakdown of the strategy and its potential impact on international fans The "gated content" technique:

By adding viewable posts that contain calls-to-action (CTAs) directing users to "DM her on her website," this clearly requires users to subscribe to a website not everyone can subscribe to.

This can create intrigue for non-subscribers:

It makes the site appear more active and engaging to casual browsers.

Offer a clear conversion path:

Users are encouraged to take the next step by subscribing to gain direct access to Coco Quinn.

Provide an end-around for international users:

The visible content gives international fans something to engage with, potentially softening the blow of being unable to subscribe. However, the true motive is to lead them to the inevitable geographic restriction at the point of subscription.

The disconnect between brand and subscription:

An observation that this strategy presents a "global brand with a local subscription" is key.

Global social media reach:

Coco Quinn's social media presence extends internationally, allowing her to promote her brand to millions of fans worldwide. Her frequent promotion of the website creates the expectation that any fan, regardless of location, can participate fully.

Local subscription restrictions:

The terms of service on coco quinns website explicitly state that the site is "offered and available to users 18 and over and reside in the United States."

This creates a clear barrier for her overseas followers, despite them being a significant part of her global brand.

Misleading promotion:

The promotion of the website across global social media platforms without prominently stating the geographic restrictions is misleading to her international fanbase. This creates a "bait-and-switch" effect that can understandably anger and alienate her fans outside the US.

The impact on overseas fans:

This strategy, while designed to maximize conversions, is likely to backfire in terms of international fan loyalty.

Sense of exclusion:

International fans who have supported Coco Quinn for years will feel excluded from the "exclusive content" that they are constantly being shown but cannot access.

Brand trust issues:

The discovery that they were misled about the availability of the subscription can erode trust in her brand. They may feel that their international support is valued only in so far as it drives traffic, not for its own sake.

Negative word-of-mouth:

The backlash from international fans could spread across social media, leading to negative publicity and further damage to her brand's reputation.

In short, the updated strategy might be a short-term solution to the initial controversy, but it fails to address the underlying issue of excluding a large portion of her global fanbase.

Paul (website creator)

While Coco was being interviewed she mentioned her fans and how much they mean to her.

Coco Quinn's past statements, where she emphasizes her love for her fans as her "day ones" who have been with her "right from the start" and "they keep me going", Coco saying that may not align with the reality that a significant amount of those loyal fans are too young to access and subscribe to her website, unless a parent or guardian steps in. Coco Quinn promotes her website on social media, including Instagram stories, with calls to action. The promotion may be misleading, as not all of her followers can access the site due to age restrictions, again a parent or guardian can step in. Not forgetting the country restriction to United States only.

One last thing we have had feedback sent to us concerning Coco and Gavin we want to make this perfectly clear Coco cleared this up on joelylive and we are going to do the same 'Coco never cheated on Gavin'!

Coco on Joelylive she confirms she never cheated on Gavin she explained its the last time she's going to explain it we second that we're not going to explain it over and over watch the video.

Okay today we got a message from someone, asking why Coco deleted the mystery person carrying her video from her TikTok, okay when someone posts a video on their TikTok it is usually out of fun, in this case these pick me up and carry me video's are a known trend amongst TikTok users what started out as fun  when Coco posted the video it began to spread broaden by fans sharing it or reposting the video or even downloading the video which TikTok gives all these options this was obviously getting chaotic as people were jumping to conclusions these video's are designed as a guessing game now this is where the shipping starts people were basing there speculation on various people due to them just so happen to be wearing the same coloured hoodie (black) and grey trousers now a lot of people wear these colour hoodies and trousers i myself do but that doesn't mean that it was me picking Coco up and carry her in the video which of course no longer exists on her TikTok profile as it was deleted either by Coco herself or her team the video reached a lot of following 1.4m likes and over 300 comments probably the highest likes and comments on her profile, this video probably didn't end up the way Coco expected but hey like with all video's and other content when things start to get out of hand and people start shipping it the narrative becomes difficult to control this would certainly have given Coco no choice but to delete the video, which i do not blame her as the reactions to this video got ridiculous and some of the comments were rather asinine. And not forgetting the feedback this website got through the contact system this was overwhelming so i do not want to know what her website was like for feedback via her websites contact system. Common sense is needed here as Coco knows her audience by now look at the may 2025 live stream video with her ex Gavin Magnus look at what that caused there were speculation widespread 'cavin' are back the video they made was thought to have originated from Gavin Magnus's Twitch account and ended up going viral fans shipped the video it became widespread news within less than an hour over google search over YouTube re titled re captioned people were lead to believe that Coco and Gavin had got back together again they both split in 2021 there has been a lot of speculation regarding Coco and her friend Stefan Benz, Coco spoke about him in an interview on teen access she said he's one of my best friends and she has a lot of respect for him the pair were rumoured to be dating as they spend a lot of time together however as of late they don't seem to be together as much this will be due to their career paths Stefan has been touring with his DJ Tye Hollywood Coco has been busy herself she was in Texas recently with her family and has posted video's of her and her two sisters.

A final thing it's no secret i myself  i am not a fan of shipping as it can get chaotic and the narrative can become warped and difficult to control leading the creator to delete the content this is the downside to creating content 'Know the Audience' think about any past experience with past content that got shipped for example the may 2025 live video stream with Coco and Gavin. Anyone found shipping Coco on the site's forum or Fanclub will receive a strike out then if they persist they will face a ban from both the forum and Fanclub. I will be watching YouTube as at the moment the video of coco being picked up and carried hasn't ended up on YouTube if it does and it is being shipped in away that could cause misinterpretation example things getting chaotic as this video did get some attention people were speculating jumping to conclusions that it was a few different candidates and as of late the video has since been removed from coco's TikTok as people were sharing the video or reposting it and or even downloading it as TikTok gives that option unless the creator restricts that this is dangerous as the video can end up anywhere and it gets worse what shippers find a bit of harmless fun its not the best time for the person or persons being shipped or people who run websites subjected on the person being shipped.

Paywall Subscription Websites

6, September 2025

Updated by Paul, (Websites Main Creator)

For most paywalled websites, a parent can subscribe on behalf of a minor, as the legal contract is between the adult and the company. However, this is strictly forbidden for websites containing explicit or illegal content, as laws exist to protect children from such material.

Legal principles for minors and contracts: Minor's can't subscribe until they reach 18, parental subscription.

Minors and contracts: In most jurisdictions, individuals under the age of 18 (minors) are considered to lack the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If a minor signs a contract, it is generally "voidable," meaning the minor can choose to cancel it at any time.

Parental agency: To overcome this limitation for non-explicit content, the parent or legal guardian enters into the contract. In this scenario, the adult is the contracting party, and the website's terms of service apply to them. The parent is responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract and supervising the minor's use of the service. "Adult subscribers (Parent or Guardian) it is your responsibility! to check the content upon unlocking to make sure the content is suitable for your under 18 to view".**

Contracts for "necessities": Some contracts for "necessities," such as education or employment that is beneficial to the minor, can be enforceable against a minor. However, a subscription to a paywalled website typically does not qualify for this exception.

Laws governing online child safety

For websites containing material like pornography or content involving self-harm, legal and regulatory frameworks are in place to prevent minors from accessing it, regardless of parental consent.

Online Safety Act (UK): The UK's Online Safety Act (2023) requires platforms that host harmful or explicit content to use "highly effective age-gating" to prevent children from accessing it. Platforms that fail to comply face severe penalties, including fines up to 10% of their global revenue.

July 25, 2025 Online Safety Bill

Key elements of the UK's Online Safety Act came into effect, introducing legal duties for platforms to protect children by using 'highly effective' age assurance to prevent them from accessing harmful content, such as pornography, and content encouraging self-harm. This date marked the implementation of the Protection of Children Codes of Practice, which are binding regulations for online services likely to be accessed by children, and also follows Ofcom's publication of the Children's Risk Assessment Guidance. July 25th, 2025, was a key milestone in the practical implementation of the Online Safety Act

Ofcom's Role:
Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator, published the Children's Risk Assessment Guidance in April 2025, and the Protection of Children Codes of Practice just before their implementation date.

COPPA (USA): The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States protects the privacy of children under 13 online.

COPPA 2.0 (USA): The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act 2.0 (COPPA 2.0)

This applies stricter standards for age verification and parental consent on platforms that are "reasonably likely" to be accessed by minors.

Parental controls: In addition to government regulations, many internet service providers and online services offer built-in parental controls to help adults restrict minors' access to inappropriate content.

Users have to be 18 or over

It is not necessary for a paywall website to explicitly state that a parent can subscribe for a minor. In fact, if the site's Terms of Service state that 'users must be 18 or older,' the parent is the one entering into the legally binding contract, even if the minor is the end-user.

**Why the parent is legally responsible

Minors' contracts are voidable: Under contract law in the US and UK, contracts with a minor (under 18) are generally not enforceable against the minor. This means the minor can cancel the contract at almost any time, even after reaching adulthood.

Protection against unenforceable contracts: The law views minors as not fully understanding the implications of a legal contract and provides them protection. A business that enters into a direct contract with a minor risks it being deemed void if the minor decides to cancel it.

Adult assumes the obligation: When a parent or legal guardian subscribes to a service that specifies an 18+ age limit, they are agreeing to the TOS and paying the subscription fee. The parent, not the minor, is the party bound by the contract.

Guarantor clauses: Websites can further protect themselves by including a guarantor provision in their ToS. This makes it clear that the signing adult is financially responsible for the minor's account.

Relevant laws and regulations

Website operators must also consider broader data and online safety laws, especially when children may use the service:

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): In the US, COPPA requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal data from children under 13. Sites directed at a general audience that have "actual knowledge" of child users are also subject to this rule.

UK's Online Safety Act and GDPR: The UK's Online Safety Act requires online services to protect children from harmful content. Combined with GDPR rules, it obligates providers to assume that children are on their services if they don't have effective age assurance measures. Sites that target children under 13 must obtain verifiable parental consent to collect and process their data.

Legal basis for a parent's subscription

Legal capacity: Minors (under 18 in most places) do not have the legal capacity to enter into most contracts. This means that if a minor enters into a contract for a subscription, it is generally 'voidable' at the minor's discretion.

Contracting as an adult: By subscribing, an adult agrees to the website's terms and is the one legally bound by the contract. The parent is responsible for supervising the minor's usage and adhering to the terms of service.

Guarantor: In some cases, a company might seek a personal guarantee from a parent when contracting with a minor. However, a simpler and more robust approach is for the parent to enter into the contract in their own name from the outset.

Implicit understanding

No website mention required: Websites don't need to specify that parents can subscribe for their children. By setting an age limit, they are clarifying that only adults can enter into the contract. It is then up to the adult to decide who uses the service they purchased, provided it complies with the terms of service.

Clear terms: The important part is that the website's terms of service clearly state the age requirements for entering the contract. This prevents a minor from entering into a non-binding agreement.

Regulatory Guidance:

Many countries have regulations and guidelines related to online content and minors. These often require platforms to take steps to protect children, which can include clear age gating and policies regarding parental consent. For example, regulations might require platforms to assess the risk of harm to children from their content and implement appropriate safeguards.

The exception:

Explicit or harmful content

A critical exception exists for websites containing content that is illegal for minors, such as pornography or material related to self-harm. In these cases, it is illegal for a parent to facilitate a minor's access. Regulations like the UK's Online Safety Act require "highly effective age-gating" to prevent children from accessing such content, regardless of who is paying. It is forbidden for a parent to subscribe to a paywall website on behalf of  their under 18 if its a pornography website, material related to self harm.

Locked Content:

Parental Guidance

The content, on Coco Quinn's website is locked, and as we do not know what it is, and it hasn't been disclosed to us, as to what it is.

12, October 2025

I received an email earlier today, regarding a post that Coco Quinn has uploaded to her official TikTok which features another guy, the song playing on this video is not appropriate for some of her fanbase, i am the original creator of this website which i am now maintaining myself, as before my team weren't being accurate with the information, on this website i recently reinstated links to Coco Quinn's social media, however as of today i have decided to remove them as due to recent activity by Coco Quinn posting a video like she has done with this guy and the song playing on the video isn't acceptable especially when its on her official TikTok, this is not suitable for her fanbase as a lot of  her fanbase are younger than her not just her age or older.

So i have taken responsibility and removed links to Coco Quinn's Instagram and TikTok as i do not want just anyone visiting this website and accessing content on Coco Quinn's social media platforms that are younger than Coco Quinn.**

Coco Quinn Online has an age gate 14~ Adult so its aimed at young teens and adults and parents could complain i do not want anyone complaining to me about this website 'Coco Quinn Online' linking to social media platforms with explicit lyrics on TikTok for example because their minor has accessed inappropriate content, as this website supports the online safety act 2023 and its July 25th 2025 revision.

I have been advised parents can use restricted mode on their teens TikTok if the parent is checking the TikTok with their minor. Coco Quinn clearly wasn't using her common sense here as you seems to forget not all her fans are 17 or 18 and older. I have removed links to all Coco's social media you will not be able to access any of Coco's social media via this website.

**If a  website links to a platform (TikTok/Instagram/Facebook/X), and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.**

Coco Quinn's Website Subscription!

Okay Coco Quinn, has been promoting her website over her social media, which is understandable, however she hasn't mentioned certain conditions of subscribing which means people are going to be misled.

Coco Quinn's website is available to subscribe to if you are:

18 years of age or older and live in the united states of America and any of its territories. Coco Quinn is promoting her website across social media and is not disclosing the age requirements to subscribe or the Geo Restriction to the United States only, this is misleading people into thinking that anyone can subscribe to her wesbite the fact is they can't unless you are 18 years of age or older and live in the United States, as stated in her websites terms of service. More on this in the news section on the website.

**If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.**

We do not link to Coco Quinn's website due to the nature of her website its 18 or over which is for legal regulations, (subscription) however it has locked content which is rather suspicious, this goes against our policy.

** Coco Quinn Online is suitable for people that are 14 ~ Adult. However due to some visitors that will be under 18 we still have to be responsible and protect minors against accessing websites that have inappropriate content Coco Quinn's website contains locked content which is possibly censored without seeing this content ourselves we are treating it as Adult themed.

coco quinns website claims this is the space where she can really connect and give you more of her. This is unlikely as its geo restricted to united states only and this contradicts 'this is the space where she can really connect and give you more of her.'

Coco Quinn promotes her website across social media and fails to disclose her websites geo restriction to the united states only, as stated in her websites terms of service.

The contradiction analysed

The inclusive message: The website's main page prominently features the tagline, "Now this is the space where I can really connect and give you more of me". This message implies an open, direct, and intimate relationship with her audience, inviting all fans to join the platform. And this is not a fact! as it is strictly for united states only.

The restrictive terms: The website's Terms of Service contradict this message by stating that services are 'only available to residents of the United States'. This restriction means that a global audience is unable to access the very space designed for "connecting." Coco Quinn's brand is global and her website is restricted to United States residents only this makes no sense i visited her wesbite back in April 2025 with my team and we saw the terms and it was restricted to United States, and she advertises her website over social media as though its not restricted that's no good, people across social media that are following her are going to be misled if their not United States residents they wont be able to subscribe to a website, they were under the impression by Coco Quinn that they could subscribe promising exclusive content, not available anywhere else, this will be a limited subscription, her global brand has become local as her website has limited outlook when it comes to subscription, not sure if Coco Quinn is aware of this if she's not aware then she needs to be told. Coco will want as many of her social media followers to subscribe to her website but the reality is that will be limited as not all her followers over social media that are following her will all be residing in the United States, but over seas and they will face discrimination by her website as they wont be able to subscribe

Reasons for the discrepancy

This kind of discrepancy is common online and can arise from several factors:

Legal limitations: Operating internationally requires navigating different laws and regulations, such as the European Union's GDPR for data privacy. To avoid complex legal and financial obligations, some businesses and creators choose to restrict their services to a single country. This is being contradicted by Coco Quinn promoting her website over her social media asking followers to come and chat with her or come say hi followed by a link to her website.

Payment processing: Processing payments internationally can be more complicated and costly. Limiting the service to one country simplifies financial and tax-related logistics. Coy Creator needs to be more clear and advise Coco that she can't promote her website the way she has been doing as from what we have been told Coy Creator themselves are handling the subscriptions this would mean global subscription attempts to subscribe to Coco Quinn's website only to be declined.

Oversight in messaging: The marketing message on the homepage is likely designed to appeal to Coco Quinn's entire global fanbase. Legal terms, however, are often handled separately by legal teams. This can result in a disconnect between the marketing department's inclusive vision and the legal team's more cautious, restrictive requirements. This can lead to people being misled and this false advertisement can lead to issues.

Social Media: Coco has over 9 million followers on social media in total and she is promoting her website to 9 million followers in total the subscription will be funnelled, the way she promotes her website she makes it look like anyone can subscribe to her website.

The Reality: People will be directed to a website to subscribe unless they reside in the united states they won't be able to subscribe some people will try using a VPN which can make you appear to be in another country then there is the credit card your credit card is traceable to your actual country of origin this can set off fraud investigations etc.

Polite Notice

28, October 2025

As of late this website was receiving a huge amount of feedback concerning coco's TikTok activity, okay this website is not here to receive feedback on coco's personal life or social media activity. I do not have TikTok, i do have Instagram, however that's private. There has apparently been some activity going on on social media regarding coco and another social media influencer, who is also an actor and dancer who is canadian, there has been people flooding our contact system, asking if coco and this other person are dating, the answer to that is i don't know, its like people think i myself am supposed to know this well i do not!.

I would ask people to not flood the contact system with all this TikTok activity stuff i myself don't have TikTok i have been shown what goes on there, by friends that do use TikTok, there was a video on coco's official TikTok of her and this other influencer sat on a bed and singing a song which was regarded as being inappropriate for some of her fans as some are younger than her as the lyrics were explicit and no i am not going to repeat them on here.

The contact system got flooded before in September regarding coco and her activities, so i should imagine her website must have got feedback. I do not have time to sort out a huge amount of feedback coming through to me i have a career myself and i am very busy. TikTok is about trends and amongst other stuff, earlier this year it was supposed to have been getting banned.

Anyone found sending alleged feedback surrounding Coco and her private life and making allegations  about her that are untrue we will block and report to the appropriate sources.

Legal Terms, privacy policy Discrepancy

As Coco Quinn is a minor, her website's legal documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice) should ideally be different from those of adult celebrity websites, specifically to address the unique legal requirements surrounding minors and their data.

Key Reasons for Tailored Legal Documents

Data Protection Laws (e.g., COPPA and GDPR):

Laws like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S. and the Age Appropriate Design Code under GDPR in the UK impose strict rules on how online services collect, use, and process the personal information of children and minors.

The Online Safety Act 2023 (UK)

July 25, 2025 Online Safety Bill

Ofcom

Websites likely to be accessed by children under a certain age (e.g., 13 in the U.S., 13 in the UK for most data processing) require explicit, verifiable parental consent for data collection.

Privacy notices need to be written in a clear, child-friendly language that minors can understand, which is generally not the case for standard adult legal jargon.

Contractual Capacity:

Under English and U.S. law, minors generally have limited capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.

Contracts with minors are often "voidable," meaning the minor can choose to cancel the contract at any time before or shortly after reaching the age of 18.

A generic Terms of Service designed for adults may not be legally enforceable if the user is a minor, potentially creating legal risk for the platform and the creator.

Content and Safety:

A website featuring a minor, especially one offering "user-to-user" interaction (like chatting), has a higher duty of care regarding online safety and protecting the child from harm. The terms should outline specific safety measures, monitoring, and reporting procedures to reflect this.

The Problem with Using Generic Adult Templates

Using the same generic legal templates across adult and minor-focused sites is a significant oversight because:

It likely fails to comply with specific child protection and data privacy laws.

It does not account for the minor's limited legal capacity to agree to the terms.

It does not set out specific safety protocols required for a minor's platform.

A legally sound and ethically responsible approach would involve consulting with a legal professional to draft documents that are customized to meet the specific needs and characteristics of a platform featuring a minor, ensuring compliance and the minor's safety and legal protection.

"this site is offered and available for users  who are 18 and over, and for united states residents and any of its territories" (her websites terms of service)

potentially 'excluding her overseas fans' some have now moved on, where i reside which is 'unfortunate' they have been fans since the cavin era. The website contradicts what she said about her fans as she needs to be aware that not all her fanbase are 18 and over as the website suggests, this is a subscription model, as subscription requires users to be 18 and over which a parent can subscribe for you..

Also her promotion of her website is misleading as it implies anyone can come and chat with her on her website this is not fact and not everyone can just come and chat with her on her website at all ' 'united states residents only' hardly any way to promote a website is it.

It is unknown for sure if Coco Quinn is aware of her websites subscription restriction to the united states only the way she promotes it to a large following across her social media is doubtful.

As this has alienated her overseas fans it has left them upset and some have moved on as I'm sure this will have come as a shock for example i myself am a Tate McCrae fan and i would be upset if she decided to restrict her website to canadian residents only.

Like i said i am not against Coco Quinn myself but what i am against is websites that discriminate. More on this on the news section
