Reminder

Okay, we have had a message through our contact form, again in regards to why we're not linking to Coco Quinns website, we're not going to spend forever repeating the same thing over again can you please read (Coco Quinn's Website Below)

our decision is based on regulations we have to follow, Coco Quinn's Website, is not the same as Coco Quinn Online we go by the safety acts we support, this website is suitable for ages 13 ~ 18 and over however as we support a mixed age range we have to try and keep it sensible. Coco Quinn's website is 18+ and over we class that as an adult website, which we do not support, and we are not linking to it as she is under 18 herself and where we reside, she wouldn't have this website, until she herself  becomes 18, there are links to coco's social media on the website please use them. The is the last time we're going to mention this. So please make sure you read below.

Coco Quinn's Website:

Please Note: We are not trying to stop people from, subscribing to Coco's website, that is up to the individual/ individuals.

Coco's website is unfortunately, aimed at 18+ only, as stated in her websites terms of service, and privacy policy.(2) It isn't very clear as to why it's 18+ especially when Coco herself is under 18 which is contraditing. Paradoxical, a situation where something self contradicts, a self-contradictory statement or scenario that challenges conventional thinking. Where we reside Coco's website has caused quite some aggro, over the age restriction and coco having fans under 18. people are still contacting us via our contact form with unrealistic stuff, guy's this isn't funny anymore. Keep it sensible okay .

To Subscribe to Coco's website you have to be.

(A) 18 and over****

(B) A United States Citizen

Coco, has been promoting her website, on her social media, "online now come and chat with me" then there's a link to her website, Does she even know that her website is 18 and over, as stated in her websites terms of service, she makes it look like, anyone following her can go and chat with her, on her website, when Realistically they can't, as many will be under 18. Coco has around 9 million followers in total on her social media, not all of her 9 million followers will be 18 and over they will certainly be around her age and a bit younger.

Coco needs to be realistic here, and if she must have this 18+ website, then she needs to take responsibilty instead of misleading people, by saying online now come and chat with me on my website!.

Her website, was built by Coy Creator, and we think in some capacity they may be running it for her with her being under 18.

If what we've been told is true, coco eventually will be leaving her social media to fully concentrate on her website, we're told its her favourite place to talk to her fans, this will mean sad news for her fans especially if they're under 18, she has we're being told 9 million followers on her social media in total, as we have already said not all of the 9 million followers she has will all be 18 and over. And as we have already mentioned a lot of her fans will have been with her right from the start but sadly they face discrimination from her website if they try to subscribe if they're under 18 (*+)

It wouldn't be appropriate for our website to link to hers. As it has gone against Policy. See Our Terms For more details.

(2) We regard, all websites with 18 on them as adult websites, that may contain explicit material.

(*+) The Equality Act 2010

The Equality Act 2010 protects individuals from discrimination in various settings, including online. It prohibits discrimination based on protected characteristics like race, religion, sex, disability, and age. While there isn't a standalone "Online Discrimination Act," the Equality Act 2010 covers online discrimination, particularly concerning service provision and public sector website.

Some of Coco's fans where we reside, have unfortunately started to move on, as they weren't able to subscribe to Coco's website, this is due to it being 18+, an adult website, they saw that they themselves as being let down by her website they don't think its fair. We ourselve's weren't expecting this i suppose this can happen especially when someone launches a website and puts 18+ on it themselve's not being 18, this is contradicting. Also her website is for American Residents only! as stated in her website's terms of service, coco has been promoting her website on social media online now come chat with me then a link to her website, its alright doing that but does she honestly thing all her 9 million followers will all be 18 and over she hasn't mentioned on her social media when she's online now come and chat with me that people will nedd to be 18 or over and be an american resident only as stated in her websites terms of service she needs to be realistic here.

18 or over + United States residents only!

We think, if you are going to launch a website, and in the long term you want all your fans to subscribe, it might be a good idea to make it as age friendly as possible ie most ages 13 ~ 18 and over, and other payment options, instead of just credit card only(+1), it might just work. But if you were going to launch a website and restrict it to 18 and over and have just credit card only, credit card only, puts 18 on a website all day, also website is about someone under 18 then it is stupid. This discriminates, as not all Coco Quinns fans or friends are 18 and over, Coco Quinn herself has just had her 17th birthday she herself is under 18, under the minimum age requirements for subscribing to her website. Paradoxical*, in some cases a parent can use their credit card to subscribe but not always guaranteed. So well done Coco you are losing fans due to your websites stringent age requirements.

The locked content may contain material that maybe unsuitable for under 18's even 17 year olds and this is suspicious. As this website is 18 and over which we regard as an adult website, which we do not link to or support. There are links to her social media if you want to access her website as its listed on her instagram.

People have been sending us messages via our contact form, one person thought this website has been built as a co website to coco quinns website. That is not fact, and our website has no affiliation with coco quinns website at all. Should you see anything like this suggesting so on social media and other platforms please ignore it and contact us.

We do not link to her website as it would be inappropriate, for our website to do so her website is different to ours, it is an adult themed website,as stated in its terms of service, and in its privacy policy it  says 'our website isn't intended for children under 18' so that applies to her awell. it has locked content. We cannot support a website that discriminates people under 18 as most of Coco's fans will be her age 17 and under, and yes there maybe some 18, but not everyone that is following her on social media is 18 and over. Coco said in an interview with Teen Access "I love my fans very much, they've been with me right from the start, they keep me going" a majority of those fans, that have been with her right, from the start will be under 18, meaning they will get discriminated, by her websites stringent age requirements. Also she is said to have 9 million followers in total on her social media, do you suppose every single one, of those 9 million followers are all 18 and over. And yes there is her social media but fans will want to subscribe to her website, there is only one payment method we're being told its credit card only which really is a bit stupid, giving that there are other payment options out there aswell.

We had someone they contacted us via our contact form suggesting every single one of the 9 million followers coco has infact was 18 and over and suggested she doesn't have fans her own age or younger than herself. What rubbish we didn't believe that we thought that someone is poking fun at us. We know Coco has fans and friends her age and even younger she did a birthday greeting for someone on Cameo the person we can't give their age for legal reasons wasn't old enough to have social media but coco wished them a happy birthday, and thanked them for liking her music. So obviously she has younger fans younger than herself.

Non of her fans or her friends, will be able to join her website, if they're under 18 ,we see that as discrimination. Discriminating her fans and her friends who are under 18 infact her age. It is paradoxical.*

*Paradoxical, a situation where something self contradicts, a self-contradictory statement or scenario that challenges conventional thinking.

A reminder for you all, we were contacted by someone via our contact form, and we were asked why we don't link to Coco's website?. (The Equality Act 2010)

Our response to that!, like we have mentioned before we support the following Acts listed below!

The Online Safety Act 2023.

The Equality Act 2010.+

Obscene Publications Act 1964.

COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

COPPA 2.0 (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act 2.0)

If our website linked to coco's website, it would cause content conflict between both websites, also we would be going against the Acts that this website supports coco's website is 18+, with content encrypted, which may mean her content may contain material unsuitable for anyone under 18 (++) (awaiting confirmation)

(++) = may contain, content (locked) unsuitable for people under 18***, this is coming from Coco who is  17 (awaiting confirmation)

Also her website discriminates, her fans her own age, for example, as they won't be to subscribe to coco's website, which we ourselve's don't think thats fair, as a lot of these fans, that are under 18, will have been with her, right from then start, and now being discriminated, by coco's websites stringent age requirements. Coco also has friends her own age they too won't be able to subscribe how sad is that! Coco has evidently been notifying people via her social media"online now come chat with me" followed by a link to her website. This is misleading as she hasn't mentioned there that people need to be 18 and over to come and chat with her this is going to cause a lot of disappointment amongst her fans especially fans coco's age.(+)

How many fans does she have under 18 vs fans she has 18 or older?(+)

***in some cases locked content, may contain material, of an explicit nature!

**** Coco is 17, this contradicts her websites terms of service and privacy policy.

(+) = The Equality Act 2010

(+1) Credit card, is for 18 and over

The Equality Act 2010 protects individuals from discrimination in various settings, including online. It prohibits discrimination based on protected characteristics like race, religion, sex, disability, and 'age'. While there isn't a standalone "Online Discrimination Act," the Equality Act 2010 covers online discrimination, particularly concerning service provision and public sector website, and other websites.

NB: You need to be 18 years or over, to own, and operate a website that is 18+ and over!

See our Policy for more details.
