Ofcom Notice!

New online safety bill started  July 25th 2025

Sites and apps which allow harmful content must protect children from accessing it from the end of this week, Ofcom has warned, as the deadline approaches for tech firms to comply with new rules.

The changes mean that risky sites and apps – large and small – must use highly effective ‘age gating’ methods to identify which users are children, and then prevent them from accessing pornography, as well as self-harm, suicide and eating disorder content.

New online safety bill started July 25th 2025

We are no longer linking, to Coco Quinn's social media, as her social media links, to her website! which in turn is an adult website, 18 and over, as stated in her websites terms of service controversial for some one under 18 herself. Coco's website features content that is locked and will contain material unsuitable for anyone under 18, as we do not know what the content, is it might be explicit.

Parental Guidance

Coco Quinn's website is subscription based is is 18 and over Coco Quinn herself is under 18. Her website contains material unsuitable for anyone under 18 the content is locked and will have an adult theme and might even be explicit. We ourselves do not know what the content actually is. We ourselves are not stopping anyone from joining her website however you need to be 18 and over to subscribe. This website isn't linking to Coco's website as it is 18 and over an adult website as from 25th July we have to prevent children under 18 from accessing material that is clearly unsuitable for them. We are not promoting Coco's website as it is an 18 and over website who's subject is a minor. Coco Quinn herself is 17 and is under the age group her website is aimed at. Coco is promoting her website across her social media which yes we get it, she promotes it across her social media via her Instagram stories "online now come and chat with me" however there is the case of something she hasn't mentioned her website is 18 and over to subscribe as stated in her websites terms of service, so not all of her 9 million social media followers can come for a chat, she makes it sound like they can.

Our thought personally, Coco shouldn't have a website aimed at 18 and over until she is 18 herself, as currently she is 17 with a website aimed at 18 and over this means her age and fanbase are contradicted by her websites terms of service its a mismatch.

See About This Website.

Important Notice From The Team

Ofcom's new rules, took effect on July 25th, 2025, require all UK-accessible websites and apps that allow pornography to implement robust age checks to prevent children from accessing it. This means that non-18 websites, including those that link to 18 and over websites, will need to have age verification measures in place to ensure children are not exposed to harmful content. However Coco Quinn Online will not be linking to any website that is 18 and over not even Coco Quinn's Website as her website is 18 and over as stated in her websites terms of service.

And in her websites privacy policy it states that her website isn't for under 18's Coco Quinn herself is 17, making it an adult website. Only 18 and over (adults)  can join Coco Quinn's Website Coco's fanbase isn't 18 and over it ranges from preteen to 17 We were told that Coco's locked content isn't explicit by someone contacting us recently. What you have here is a website 18 and over and it's subject (Coco Quinn) is under 18 her fanbase ranged from preteen to 16 at the time we researched her fanbase. Obviously the first thing Coco wanted to do as soon as she launched her website was to get her fans to join which is understandable,  however not all will be able to join as she clearly isn't aware that her website is 18 and over especially the way she promotes it across her social media Via her Instagram stories "online now come and chat with me" okay  helloooo Coco you forgot to mention its 18 and over as stated in your websites terms of service she needs to address this as people are being misinformed under the impression that anyone can just go for a chat on her website you have to subscribe which the websites age requirements is restricted to 18 and over which will discriminate most of her fans that are under 18 example fans that are Coco's age.

Most of Coco's friends for example Coco's age wont be able to join so the subscribers we don't know how many she has currently will all be adults (18 and over) that have subscribed to a website subjected on Coco Quinn who herself  is a minor, which contradicts her websites terms of service. See about this website. We regard all websites that are 18 and over as adult websites.

Linking to someone's social media account that links to an 18+ website could be problematic, depending on the content of the website and the age of the social media user. While there's no explicit law against it, platforms may have policies against linking to certain types of content, and there are potential safety concerns, particularly if the user is under 18.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

Platform Policies:

Many social media platforms have age restrictions for certain types of content or features.

Platforms may have policies against linking to content that is illegal, harmful, or violates their terms of service.
Even if the social media user is 18 or older, linking to an 18+ website might still be against the platform's rules if the website contains content that is not age-appropriate or violates their policies.

Age Verification:

Some platforms may use age verification methods to determine if a user is old enough to access certain content.

If a user is under the required age, they may not be able to access the content or may be restricted from certain features.
Platforms may also require age verification when a user attempts to change their age to appear older.

Safety Considerations:

Children and young people may be vulnerable to harmful content or experiences online.

Linking to an 18+ website could expose them to content that is not appropriate for their age and developmental stage.
It's important for social media platforms to take steps to protect children from harmful content, including enforcing age restrictions and age verification measures.

You have to be 13 and over for social media however if someone under 18 should go onto someone else's social media profile and clicks linktree and sees a few links one being a website that is 18 and over the under 18 can access the website and there is that risk that is why we are going to have a rethink on social media linking. Coco Quinn's social media links to her website. her content locked it maybe but we do not want minors visiting this website clicking on links to social media that link to 18 and over websites.

Non-18+ websites should avoid linking to 18+ websites to prevent accidentally exposing minors to potentially harmful content and to avoid legal repercussions related to age verification. Additionally, such links can damage a website's reputation by associating it with content that may not align with its intended audience or brand image.

To subscribe to Coco Quinn's website, you need to be 18 or over,  there is content on her website, that may be explicit, and unsuitable for under 18's.

Contradiction: Coco Quinn is 17

Ofcom July 25, 2025

As most of you will be aware, Ofcom have introduced new strict measures on online safety for minors or under 18's. These are a new set of regulations that have been introduced, this was necessary to protect under 18's from accessing 18+ content on websites and apps.
The idea that 18+ websites should only link to other 18+ websites is a concept related to online safety and age verification, particularly concerning the protection of minors.
Which we fully agree with,
Many 18+ websites implement age verification methods to ensure that only adults can access such content.
By limiting links to other 18+ sites, websites can reduce the likelihood of minors being directed to such content through external links, from websites that are or aren't 18+ websites*.
We ourselves do not link to 18+ websites we have been asked via our contact form on the website why we aren't linking to Coco Quinn's website, that is because it is 18+ as stated in her websites terms of service, this prevents minors accessing her website through our website if we were linking to her website.
Currently we are linking to Coco's social media platforms
unfortunately from July 25, 2025 that will may have to change as Coco's social media link to her website.
Okay we want to try and end the confusion here, we call Coco Quinn's website an adult website due to it carrying the 18+ in its terms of service, an adult website doesn't necessarily mean its a porn website.
Okay let us explain.
A website might be classified as 18+ even without explicit content due to various reasons, including potential exposure to harmful or inappropriate content.
legal requirements, or simply to avoid any potential issues with age-restricted material.
Websites might contain content that, while not explicitly sexual, could be harmful or inappropriate for children. Ofcom, states online services should implement safeguards to manage the risks of online harms to children. This includes content that could be violent, disturbing, or related to illegal activities.

A website might contain links to other websites or content that is considered explicit, even if the website itself does not host such content. The Internet Watch Foundation monitors and blocks child abuse material online*.

To own and operate an 18+ website, you need to be at least 18 years old due to contractual limitations and legal requirements regarding age verification for adult content. Online marketplaces also generally require users to be 18 or older because selling involves contracts, which minors can't legally enter into.

Linking to someone's social media account that links to an 18+ website could be problematic, depending on the content of the website and the age of the social media user. While there's no explicit law against it, platforms may have policies against linking to certain types of content, and there are potential safety concerns, particularly if the user is under 18.

If a non-18+ website links to an 18+ site, and that link leads to a child encountering material unsuitable for minor's, the website hosting that link could be held liable under the Act for failing to protect children.

* We do not link to 18+ websites
